Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.油を含有する微生物から油を抽出する方法であって、微生物を崩壊させ、 それらをその細胞材料中に本来存在する水分の少なくとも70重量%の水分の存 在下でその油に対する水−非混和性溶剤と接触させ、微生物から溶剤を分離し、 そして溶剤から油を回収することを含む方法。 2.油を含有する微生物から油を抽出する方法であって、微生物を崩壊させ、 それらを実質的にそれらの水分すべての存在下でその油に対する水−非混和性溶 剤と接触させ、微生物から溶剤を分離し、そして溶剤から油を回収することを含 む方法。 3.油がトリグリセリドである、請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.油が酸素感受性または熱感受性である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載 の方法。 5.微生物を水性培地の存在下で崩壊させ、これにより油を含有する培地を調 製し、この培地を溶剤と接触させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.崩壊した生物を溶剤と反復接触させ、これによりそれから連続量の油を抽 出する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.崩壊した微生物から抽出したトリグリセリドを含有する溶剤を用いて、ま だ抽出されていない崩壊した微生物を抽出する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記 載の方法。 8.向流抽出法により実施される、請求項7記載の方法。 9.溶剤が崩壊した微生物を含有する相より低い密度であり、それを抽出が行 われる容器内へ、崩壊した微生物を含有する相より低い位置で供給する、請求項 8記載の方法。 10.溶剤が崩壊した微生物を含有する相より高い密度であり、それを抽出が 行われる容器内へ、崩壊した微生物を含有する相より高い位置で供給する、請求 項8記載の方法。 11.容器が、垂直流を制限してそれらの間に接触帯域を定めるバフル、およ び接触帯域内の材料を撹拌するための手段を備えている、請求項9または10記 載の方法。 12.溶剤を遠心により分離することを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項 記載の方法。 13.崩壊した微生物を連続相の溶剤と接触させる、請求項1〜12のいずれ か1項記載の方法。 14.抽出に際して、溶剤相と存在する他の物質との比率が少なくとも1:1 、好ましくは1.5:1、より好ましくは少なくとも2:1であり、好適には最 高10:1、好ましくは5:1である、請求項12記載の方法。 15.細胞を加圧ホモジナイゼーションにより崩壊させる、請求項1〜14の いずれか1項記載の方法。 16.溶剤が炭化水素である、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項記載の方法。 17.炭化水素がヘキサンである、請求項15記載の方法。
