Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.無線周波又は他のエネルギーにより降下された超高熱により腫瘍を処置する カテーテルにおいて、当該カテーテルが管状本体(1)を具え、当該管状本体( 1)はハンドル部材(20、21)に連結された近接端部(2)を有し、当該ハ ンドル部材(20、21)から選択可能な距離に冷却された金属プレート(5) を具え、当該冷却された金属プレート(5)は、エネルギー発生器に接続するた めの電気ケーブル(8)と前記エネルギー発生器のディスプレイに接続すべきサ ーミスタ(9、10)を具える能動電極として作用するのに好適であり、前記管 状本体(1)が、少なくとも人体組織用のサーミスタの通路用の長手方向チャネ ル(11、12)と、電気ケーブルの通路用の長手方向チャネル(17)と、流 体により冷却される金属プレート(5)の流入及び流出用のパイプに使用する一 対の長手方向チャネル(13、14)とを具えることを特徴とするカテーテル。 2.請求項1に記載のカテーテルにおいて、前記管状本体(1)の末端に膨張可 能なバルーン部分(3)を具え、当該管状本体(1)がバルーン(3)を膨張さ せるための空気を供給するパイプ(30)の通路用に長手方向チャネルも具える ことを特徴とするカテーテル。 3.請求項2に記載のカテーテルにおいて、前記管状本体(1)が前記空気袋を 満たすために使用する水の通路用に他の長手方向チャネル(15)を具えること を特徴とするカテーテル。 4.請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルにおいて、前記金属プレー ト(5)が管状本体(1)の周りを1〜360°の範囲で延在することを特徴と するカテーテル。 5.請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルにおいて、前記金属プレー ト(5)を、その外表面の1〜98%の範囲で絶縁材料により覆うことを特徴と するカテーテル。 6.請求項5に記載のカテーテルにおいて、前記金属プレート(5)を湾曲させ て、冷却用流体を供給するパイプに接続された内側の空洞(7)を形成すること を特徴とするカテーテル。 7.請求項5に記載のカテーテルにおいて、前記金属プレート(5)を冷却コイ ルを形成するために結合した2個の刻印された金属シートから構成したことを特 徴とするカテーテル。 8.請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルにおいて、前記ハンドル部 材(20)が中空シャフト(23)を具え、当該シャフト(23)がその一端に 摺動可能なピストン(24)の出口を具え、当該ピストン(24)がその近接端 部において電気ケーブル(18)を、その遠方端部において人体組織用のサーミ スタを具え、該シャフト(23)がその反対側の端部において結合本体(22) を具え、当該結合本体(22)が内側通路を具え、該内側通路はその一方の側で 前記中空シャフト(23)と、その反対側で管状本体(1)と協働し、前記結合 本体(22)が内側通路、ケーブル(8)用の第1の出口(26)、冷却流体用 のパイプ(27、28)、空気袋を満たすために使用する水用のパイプ(29) 及びバルーン部分(3)を膨張させるための空気用のパイプ(30)、並びに電 気ケーブル(8、32)用の第2の出口(31)を具えることを特徴とするカテ ーテル。 9.請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルにおいて、前記ハンドル部 材(21)が中空シャフト(23)を具え、当該シャフト(23)がその一端に 摺動可能なピストン(24)の出口を具え、当該ピストン(24)がその近接端 部において電気ケーブル(18)を、その遠方端部において少なくとも人体組織 用のサーミスタを具え、該シャフト(23)がその反対側の端部において結合本 体(22)を具え、当該結合本体(22)はその一方の側で前記中空シャフト( 23)と、その反対側で管状本体(1)と協働し、前記結合本体(22)が内側 通路、ケーブル(8、32)用の出口(33)、スタイレット又は案内ワイヤ用 の出口(34)、及び冷却流体を循環させるための出口(35、36)を具える ことを特徴とするカテーテル。 10.請求項8及び9に記載のカテーテルにおいて、前記摺動可能なピストン( 25)がその遠方端部に少なくとも人体組織用のサーミスタを、その近接端部に 人体組織用のサーミスタを無線周波発生器を接続するためのケーブル(18)を 具えることを特徴とするカテーテル。
