Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 重量%で下記の組成を有することを特徴とする合金鋼: C 0.075 − 0.15 Si 痕跡ないし最高で1.0 Mn 1 − 3 Cr 2 − 5 Ni 1 − 4 (但し合計量 Mn+Cr+Ni≧6である) Mo 0.1 − 1.0 (これは全量又は1部が倍量のWで置き換えられていてもよい) P 最高で 0.015 S 最高で 0.02 本質的に鉄、不純物及び付随的元素のみよりなる残量。 2. 少なくとも0.08、好ましくば少なくとも0.09のCを含む、請求の 範囲1に従う合金鋼。 3. 最高で0.12のCを含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1又は2に従う 合金鋼。 4. 1.5−4のCを含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1に従う合金鋼。 5. 1.5−3のNiを含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1に従う合金鋼。 6. 0.2−0.5のMoを含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1に従う合金 鋼。 7. 最高で0.012、好ましくは最高で0.010のPを含むことを特徴と する、請求の範囲1に従う合金鋼。 8. 最高で0.005−0.01のSを含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1 に従う合金鋼。 9. 請求の範囲1ないし8のいずれか1つに従う化学組成を有する合金鋼より なるプロック、棒剤、ロッド又は板材の形の鋼製品において、この製品に鋳造及 びその鋼のオーステナイト状態における可塑性熱処理によってプロック、棒剤又 は板材の形状が与えられ、その後でその鋼は室温まで冷却されるけれども、しか しながら引き続いて硬化及び/又は焼戻しによる形のいかなる熱処理も受けない こと、及びその製品が少なくとも95容積%までラス状マルテンサイトよりなる 均質な微細構造を有することを特徴とする、上記鋼製品。 10. その構造が実質的にラス状マルテンサイトよりなることを特徴とする、 請求の範囲9に従う鋼製品。 11. 請求の範囲1ないし8のいずれかに従う合金鋼をプラスチック材料成形 装置を作る材料として使用する方法。 12. 請求の範囲9又は10に従う鋼製品をプラスチック材料成形装置を作る ために使用する方法。
