Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.網膜(12)に密着する表面(28)を有する網膜移植組織であって、こ の表面(28)が網膜(12)の細胞(27)を刺激する電極(35;55)を 備えており、網膜(12)に入射する可視光(21’)によってこれらの電極( 35;55)が駆動されて電極(35;55)から細胞(27)に電気刺激(4 1)が加えられるようになったものにおいて、移植組織(13;14)が非可視 光(25’)に対して有効な光起電層(30;50)を備えており、この光起電 層(30;50)によって発生される電圧を利用して刺激(41)が局所的に加 えられることを特徴とする網膜移植組織。 2.移植組織(13;14)が広い面に層(30;50)を備えていることを 特徴とする、請求の範囲1記載の網膜移植組織。 3.平面図において電極(35;55)が層(30;50)によって取り囲ま れていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1又は2記載の網膜移植組織。 4.電極(55)が層(50)の表面積の約10%〜50%を占めることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲3記載の網膜移植組織。 5.電極(35;55)が光で操作可能なスイッチを含み、閉状態のときこの スイッチが電圧を刺激(41)として通すことを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜4 のいずれか1項又は複数項記載の網膜移植組織。 6.スイッチが、非可視光を照射するとき非導電性、可視光を照射するとき導 電性である他の層(34)の領域として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求 の範囲5記載の網膜移植組織。 7.層(34)が水素化アモルファスシリコン(a−Si:H)又はその合金 からなることを特徴とする、請求の範囲6記載の網膜移植組織。 8.電極(55)が、非可視光に対して不透過な材料からなる層を接触面とし て含むことを特徴とする、請求の範囲5記載の網膜移植組織。 9.非可視光が赤外光(25)であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜8の いずれか1項又は複数項記載の網膜移植組織。 10.網膜移植組織が網膜下移植組織(13)として構成されていることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲1〜9のいずれか1項又は複数項記載の網膜移植組織。 11.網膜移植組織が可視光に対して実質的に透過性で、網膜上移植組織(1 4)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲1〜10のいずれか1 項又は複数項記載の網膜移植組織。 12.網膜移植組織が通孔を備えた基体を有することを特徴とする、請求の範 囲1〜11のいずれか1項又は複数項記載の網膜移植組織。 13.通孔が剛性基体に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲12記 載の網膜移植組織。 14.基体が柔軟に構成され、又は軟質支持材料からなる網として構成されて いることを特徴とする、請求の範囲13記載の網膜移植組織。
