Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 産業制御装置のネットワーク上の目標装置と汎用通信網上のソース装置 との間でデータを交換するインターフェイスであって、該インターフェイスモジ ュールは、 A. インターフェイスモジュールを前記汎用通信網に連結する手段であって 、目標装置からソース装置へのデータ要求を受信して目標装置からソース装置へ 応答を送る手段と、 B. インターフェイスモジュールを産業制御装置の前記ネットワークへ連結 する手段であって、ソース装置から目標装置へデータ要求を送り目標装置からソ ース装置への応答を受信する手段と、 C. 各メッセージ送信のサイクルタイムを予め定める手段であって、前記サ イクルタイムは産業制御装置のネットワークに連結される装置の数、産業制御装 置のネットワークの帯域幅、および所定のロードファクタに基づいている手段と 、 D. 目標装置へ送られる前記データ要求を処理および遅延させて、送られる データ要求および目標からインターフェイスモジュールへ返送される応答が予め 構成され、所定のサイクルタイム内で、規則正しいシーケンスで交換されるよう にする手段と、 E. 目標装置からの応答をソース装置へ返送する手段と、 を含むインターフェイスモジュール。 2. 請求項1記載のインターフェイスモジュールであって、前記汎用通信網 はイーサネットであるインターフェイスモジュール。 3. 請求項2記載のインターフェイスモジュールであって、さらに単位時間 内の総送信量がネットワークの最大送信能力の小部分に慎重に制限されるように タイムサイクルを計算する手段を含むインターフェイスモジュール。 4. 請求項3記載のインターフェイスモジュールであって、前記産業制御装 置のネットワークは決定性であり10%のロードファクタ限界を有するインター フェイスモジュール。 5. 請求項4記載のインターフェイスモジュールであって、前記計算手段は 前記データ要求を3%のデフォールト限界まで遅延させるインターフェイスモジ ュール。
