Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.血管に形成された動脈瘤を治療するための動脈瘤パッチ装置であって、 血管インターフェース側及び対向する非インターフェース側を含むパッチを 有し、 パッチは、パッチが血管を介して導かれるときにパッチしまい込み状態を提 供し、パッチが動脈瘤の口にわたって少なくとも部分的に位置決めされるとき にパッチ配置状態を提供する十分に可撓性の材料で形成され、 パッチのインターフェース側は、パッチと、動脈瘤口に隣接する血管壁の領 域との間に密着を形成するように構成され、 密着は、動脈瘤口に対してパッチの固定された位置を維持する、 動脈瘤パッチ装置。 2.パッチが多孔性である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 3.パッチが非多孔性である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 4.パッチ配置状態の血管インターフェース側の表面領域が、360度よりも小 さい、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 5.密着が非摩擦である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 6.パッチのインターフェース側が、複数のアンカー要素を含む、請求の範囲第 1項に記載の装置。 7.複数のアンカー要素が、バー、フック、握り、又は、ピンチから選択される 、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 8.インターフェース側が、生体適合性接着剤を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載 の装置。 9.パッチと、血管壁の領域との間の密着が、パッチインターフェース側と、動 脈瘤口に隣接する血管壁の領域との間に形成された機械的な密着である、請求 の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 10.パッチが、低圧力源に結合されるように構成されたアパーチャを含む、請 求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 11.パッチに結合されるように構成されたカテーテルを更に含む、請求の範囲 第1項に記載の装置。 12.パッチが、カテーテルの外面で位置決め可能である、請求の範囲第11項 に記載の装置。 13.少なくとも、パッチとカテーテルとの間のインターフェースの部分が、パ ッチ及びカテーテルの分離を提供するように構成される、請求の範囲第12項 に記載の装置。 14.パッチが、カテーテルの遠位端で位置決めされる、請求の範囲第12項に 記載の装置。 15.カテーテルが、低圧レザバー装置に結合される、請求の範囲第11項に記 載の装置。 16.パッチが、接着源及び低圧源に結合される、請求の範囲第11項に記載の 装置。 17.接着源に対するパッチの選択的結合と、低圧源に対するパッチの選択的露 出とを提供するように構成される装置を更に有する、請求の範囲第16項に記 載の装置。 18.パッチが配置された状態にあるとき、パッチが、血管の曲率と実質的に同 じ曲率を有する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 19.少なくともパッチの部分が、内部圧力と予め決められた形状とで製造され た材料で作られ、内部応力はパッチしまい込み状態を予め決められた形状に移 動させる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 20.予め決められた形状が配置状態である、請求の範囲第19項に記載の装置 。 21.少なくともパッチの部分が、体温で予め決められた形状を備える熱的バイ モル圧電構造である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置 22.予め決められた形状が、配置構造である、請求の範囲第21項に記載の装 置。 23.少なくともパッチの部分が、予め決められた形状を備える形状記憶合金要 素を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 24.予め決められた形状が、配置状態である、請求の範囲第23項に記載の装 置。 25.形作られたメモリ要素が、体温又は体温より下の温度にさらされたとき、 その予め決められた形状に移動する、請求の範囲第23項に記載の装置。 26.血管壁に形成された動脈瘤を治療するための動脈瘤パッチ装置が、 血管インターフェース側と対向する非インターフェース側とを含むパッチを 有し、 該パッチは、動脈瘤の口に移動されるとき、しまい込み状態を有するように 構成されており、該パッチは、電気的に加熱されたとき、予め決められた形状 に移動する熱的活性材料で形成され、該予め決められた形状は、血管インター フェース側と、動脈瘤口に隣接する血管壁の領域との間に密着を形成し、該密 着は、動脈瘤口に対してパッチの固定された位置を維持する、 動脈瘤パッチ装置。 27.熱的活性材料が、体温より高い活性しきい値を備えるSMA要素である、 請求の範囲第26項に記載の装置。 28.パッチが、 シートの選択された側に選択的にアドレス可能であるように構成された形状 記憶合金のシートと、 シートの表面に隣接して又はシートの表面に位置決めされ、シートの選択さ れた部分に熱を提供し、少なくとも選択された部分を移動させるために構成さ れた、加熱装置と、を有し、 該加熱装置が、少なくとも2つのマイクロ製造アドレスラインを含む、請求 の範囲第26項に記載の装置。 29.シートが連続シートである、請求の範囲第28項に記載の装置。 30.形状記憶合金が、NiTiからなる、請求の範囲第28項に記載の装置。 31.加熱装置が、マイクロ製造回路を更に含む、請求の範囲第28項に記載の 装置。 32.加熱回路が、マイクロ製造センサを更に含む、請求の範囲第28項に記載 の装置。 33.加熱装置が、圧力センサ、温度センサ、エレクトロソニックセンサ、電圧 センサ、化学センサ、化学ポテンシャルセンサ、及び、電磁センサのグルー プから選択されるマイクロ製造センサを更に含む、請求の範囲第28項に記載 の装置。 34.加熱装置が、マイクロ製造トランスを更に含む、請求の範囲第28項に記 載の装置。 35.マイクロ製造トランスが、温度トランス、エレクトロソニックトランス、 電圧トランス、及び、電磁トランスのグループから選択される、請求の範囲第 34項に記載の装置。 36.シートの幅が6mm又はそれより小さい、請求の範囲第26項に記載の装 置。 37.シートが、ワンウェイ形状記憶効果を有するように構成される、請求の範 囲第26項に記載の装置。 38.シートが、2ウェイ形状記憶効果を有するように構成される、請求の範囲 第26項に記載の装置。 39.シートが、活性ヒータによって加熱される、請求の範囲第26項に記載の 装置。 40.動脈瘤を治療するための方法であって、 血管インターフェース側と対向する非インターフェース側とを含むパッチを 提供し、 該パッチが、パッチが血管を介して導かれるときにパッチしまい込み状態と 、パッチが、動脈瘤の口にわたって少なくとも部分的に位置決めされるときに パッチ配置状態とを提供するように十分に可撓性の材料から形成され、パッチ のインターフェース側が、パッチと、動脈瘤口に隣接する血管壁の領域との間 に密着を形成するように構成され、 しまい込み状態のパッチを血管を介して導入し、 少なくとも動脈瘤に部分的に隣接してパッチを位置決めし、 しまい込み状態から配置状態にパッチを配置し、 パッチと、動脈瘤口に隣接する血管壁の領域との間に密着を形成する、 ことを含む、動脈瘤を治療するための方法 41.密着が、動脈瘤に対してパッチの位置を維持する、請求の範囲第40項に 記載の方法。 42.低圧源を動脈瘤に適用することを、更に含む、請求の範囲第41項に記載 の方法。 43.動脈瘤を少なくとも部分的に潰すことを更に含む、請求の範囲第42項に 記載の方法。 44.パッチが配置位置に置かれた後、血管壁と、少なくとも部分的にパッチの インターフェース表面との間の領域に対して接着材料を配送することを、更に 含む、請求の範囲第41項に記載の方法。 45.パッチが、しまい込み状態から配置状態に受動的に活性化される、請求の 範囲第41項に記載の方法。 46.パッチが、しまい込み状態から配置状態に能動的に配置される、請求の範 囲第41項に記載の方法。 47.パッチの少なくとも一部が、配置状態に対して受動的な配置を提供する、 材料からなる、請求の範囲第41項に記載の方法。 48.パッチの少なくとも一部が、配置状態に対して能動的な配置を提供する、 材料からなる、請求の範囲第41項に記載の方法。
