Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(A)可動外面を有する第一の駆動チャンバと、 (B)可動外面を有する第二の駆動チャンバと、 (C)複数の内部通路を有するブロックであって、前記内部通路は流体を前記 ブロックに入れる第一の通路と前記流体を前記ブロックから一定速度で放出する 第二の通路を有し、前記ブロックは前記第一の通路及び第二の通路とつながって 流体が流れる第一の内側チャンバ及び第二の内側チャンバを有し、前記第一の内 側チャンバは前記第一の駆動チャンバの可動外面と合う第一の流動面を有し、前 記第二の内側チャンバは前記第二の駆動チャンバの可動外面と合う第二の流動面 を有し、 (D)前記第一の流動面に正圧をかけると同時に前記第二の流動面に負圧をか け、さらに前記第一の流動面に負圧をかけると同時に前記第二の流動面に正圧を かける少なくとも1つのアクチュエータであって、前記少なくとも1つのアクチ ュエータは前記第一の駆動チャンバ及び第二の駆動チャンバにより前記第一の流 動面及び第二の流動面にそれぞれ連結される 一定速度の流体ポンプ装置。 2.前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータは前記第一の駆動チャンバ及び第二 の駆動チャンバとつながって流体が流れる請求の範囲1記載の装置。 3.前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータは前記第一の駆動チャンバ及び第二 の駆動チャンバの可動外面とつながって流体が流れる請求の範囲2記載の装置。 4.さらに、前記第一の通路と前記第一の内側チャンバの間の流体の動きをコ ントロールする前記第一の通路に連結する第一のバルブと、前記第一の通路と前 記第二の内側チャンバの間の流体の動きをコントロールする前記第一の通路に連 結する第二のバルブと、前記第二の通路と前記第一の内側チャンバの間の流体の 動きをコントロールする前記第二の通路に連結する第三のバルブと、前記第二の 通路と前記第二の内側チャンバの間の流体の動きをコントロールする前記第二の 通路に連結する第四のバルブとを有し、前記第一、第二、第三のバルブ及び第四 のバルブは各々開いた位置と閉じた位置がある請求の範囲1記載の装置。 5.さらに、前記第二のバルブが閉じた位置にあるとき前記第一のバルブを開 いた位置に維持し、前記第二のバルブが開いた位置にあるとき前記第一のバルブ を閉じた位置に維持し、前記第四のバルブが閉じた位置にあるとき前記第三のバ ルブを開いた位置に維持し、前記第四のバルブが開いた位置にあるとき前記第三 のバルブを閉じた位置に維持するコントローラを有する請求の範囲4記載の装置 。 6.前記コントローラは前記少なくとも一つのアクチュエータに連結し、前記 第一のバルブ及び第四のバルブが閉じた位置にあって前記第二のバルブ及び第三 のバルブが開いた位置にあるときだけ、前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータが 前記第一の流動面に正圧をかけるように機能し、さらに前記コントローラは、前 記第一のバルブ及び第四のバルブが開いた位置にあって前記第二のバルブ及び第 三のバルブが閉じた位置にあるときだけ、前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータ が前記第一の流動面に負圧をかけるように機能する請求の範囲5記載の装置。 7.前記コントローラは、前記第一のバルブ及び第四のバルブが閉じた位置に あって前記第二のバルブ及び第三のバルブが開いた位置にあるときだけ、前記少 なくとも1つのアクチュエータが前記第二の流動面に負圧をかけるように機能し 、さらに前記コントローラは、前記第一のバルブ及び第四のバルブが開いた位置 にあって前記第二のバルブ及び第三のバルブが閉じた位置にあるときだけ、前記 少なくとも1つのアクチュエータが前記第二の流動面に正圧をかけるように機能 する請求の範囲第6項記載の装置。 8.さらに、第一、第二、第三のソレノイド及び第四のソレノイドが前記コン トローラに連結し、それぞれ前記第一、第二、第三のバルブ及び第四のバルブを 作動する請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 9.前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータは、前記第一の駆動チャンバに連結 する第一のピストンと、前記第二の駆動チャンバに連結する第二のピストンから 形成され、前記第一のピストンはそこに固定される第一のリードネジを有し、前 記第二のピストンはそこに固定される第二のリードネジを有し、前記第一のリー ドネジ及び第二のリードネジは共通の螺旋ネジにより1つのモータに連結される 請求の範囲1記載の装置。 10.前記第一の駆動チャンバの可動外面と前記第二の駆動チャンバの可動外 面は堅い壁から形成され、前記第一の流動面及び第二の流動面は柔軟膜から形成 され、前記第一の駆動チャンバの可動外面は前記第一の流動面に封止され、前記 第二の駆動チャンバの可動外面は前記第二の流動面に封止される請求の範囲9記 載の装置。 11.前記第一の駆動チャンバの可動外面と前記第二の駆動チャンバの可動外 面は柔軟膜から形成され、前記第一の流動面及び第二の流動面は一片の柔軟膜か ら形成される請求の範囲9記載の装置。 12.前記第一の駆動チャンバはそこに含まれる駆動流体の第一の容量を有し 、前記第二の駆動チャンバはそこに含まれる駆動流体の第二の容量を有し、前記 第一の容量及び第二の容量は一定である請求の範囲11記載の装置。 13.さらに、可動壁により隔離される第一のチャンバ及び第二のチャンバを 有するシリンダを有し、前記シリンダの第一のチャンバは前記第一の駆動チャン バとつながって流体が流れ、前記シリンダの第二のチャンバは前記第二の駆動チ ャンバとつながって流体が流れ、前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータは前記可 動壁と連結するモータから構成されて、前記シリンダ内の前記可動壁の位置を変 える請求の範囲1記載の装置。 14.前記モータと前記可動壁は少なくとも1つの螺旋ギアドライブにより連 結している請求の範囲13記載の装置。 15.前記第一の駆動チャンバの可動外面と前記第二の駆動チャンバの可動外 面は柔軟膜から形成され、前記第一の流動面及び第二の流動面は一片の柔軟膜か ら形成される請求の範囲13記載の装置。 16.前記第一の駆動チャンバ、前記シリンダの第一のチャンバ及び前記第一 の駆動チャンバと前記シリンダの第一のチャンバを連結する第一の導管は、ひと まとめに、そこに含まれる駆動流体の第一の容量を有し、前記第二の駆動チャン バ、前記シリンダの第二のチャンバ及び前記第二の駆動チャンバと前記シリンダ の第二のチャンバを連結する第二の導管は、ひとまとめに、そこに含まれる駆動 流体の第二の容量を有し、前記第一の容量及び第二の容量は一定である請求の範 囲15記載の装置。 17.前記流体は患者からの血液細胞を含む請求の範囲1記載の装置。 18.前記装置を前記患者に使用した後、前記ブロックは廃棄するのに適合し 、前記第一の駆動チャンバ及び第二の駆動チャンバと前記少なくとも1つのアク チュエータは次の患者に再使用するのに適合した請求の範囲17記載の装置。
