Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一方の側の局が制御局として設定され、各局が送信機及び受信器を有し、ネ ットワークが前記局各々の送信機と当該局各々の受信器との間の送受信経路を 有し、前記送信機の各々が他の前記局の一つもしくは複数の前記受信器により 受け入れられるメッセージを送信する手段を有し、 前記受信器の各々が、いずれかの前記送信機からのそう新芽世辞である受信メ ッセージを受信する手段と、前記受信メッセージを送信した送信機を識別する 手段と、前記受信メッセージの品質を計測する手段と、前記受信メッセージの 計測品質に基づいて前記送信機に対応する品質係数を規定する手段とを有し、 前記制御局が、前記各局から一つもしくは複数の前記送信機に対応する前記品 質係数を得る手段と、得られた当該品質係数に基づいて前記送受信経路に対応 する計測品質を規定する手段とを有することを特徴とするネットワークに対応 する複数の通信局を有する通信システム。 2.請求項1に記載の通信システムにおいて、 前記受信メッセージの品質を計測する前記手段が、前記受信メッセージに対応 する信号の信号・雑音比(Signal to Noize Ratio:SNR)を計測する手段を有 することを特徴とする通信システム。 3.請求項1に記載の通信システムにおいて、 前記受信メッセージの品質を計測する手段が、前記受信メッセージに対応する ビットエラーレートを計測する手段を有することを特徴とする通信システム。 4.請求項1に記載の通信システムにおいて、 前記中央制御局が更に、前記計測品質を評価する手段と、前記計測品質の前記 評価に基づいて他の中央制御局として構成する局の一つを規定する手段を有す ることを特徴とする通信システム。 5.請求項1に記載の通信システムにおいて、 前記中央制御局が更に、前記計測品質を評価する手段と、前記計測品質の評価 に応じて前記送受信経路用に一つもしくは複数を他の代替送信経路を規定する 手段を有することを特徴とする通信システム。 6.各中央制御局が一つもしくは複数の他の通信局で受信するように向けられる メッセージを送信手段を有し、 前記通信局から送信されたメッセージを受信する手段と、当該メッセージを送 信する前記通信局を識別する手段と、前記メッセージの品質を計測する手段と 、一つもしくは複数の当該受信メッセージの計測品質に基づいて各通信局に対 応する品質係数を規定する手段と、中央制御局に前記品質係数を送信する手段 を有することを特徴とする通信装置。 7.請求項6に記載の通信装置において、 前記メッセージに対応する信号の信号・雑音比(Signal to Noize Ratio:SNR )を計測する手段を有することを特徴とする通信装置。 8.請求項6に記載の通信装置において、 前記メッセージの品質を計測する全機種団が当該メッセージに対応するビット エラーレートを計測する手段を有することを特徴とする通信装置。 9.請求項6に記載の通信装置において、 他の通信局の各々から一つもしくは複数の通信局に対応する品質係数を得る手 段と、得られた当該品質係数に基づいて前記ネットワークに対応する品質を規 定する手段を有することを特徴とする通信装置。 10.請求項9に記載の通信装置において、 前記計測品質に基づいて他の中央制御局として設定する前記局の何れかを規定 する手段を有することを特徴とする通信装置。 11.請求項9に記載の通信装置において、 前記計測品質に基づいて一つもしくは複数の前記送受信経路ように他の代替送 信経路を規定する手段を有することを特徴とする通信装置。 12.メッセージを送受信する手段を持つ通信局を有し、送信通信局からメッセ ージを送信し、複数の受信通信局で前記メッセージを受信し、各受信通信局に おいて、送信通信局の識別、受信メッセージの品質の計測、そして前記受信メ ッセージの計測品質に基づいて前記送信通信局に対応する品質係数を規定し、 他の送信通信局において当該工程が繰返され、通信局の各々が中央制御局と当 該送信通信局の各々に対応する前記品質係数を通信し、前記中央制御局が前記 品質係数に依存した通信の品質を評価することを特徴とする通信ネットワーク の品質を評価する方法。 13.請求項12に記載の方法において、 前記受信メッセージの品質を計測する工程が、前記受信メッセージに対応する 信号の信号・雑音比(Signal to Noize Ratio:SNR)を計測する工程を有する ことを特徴とする通信ネットワークの品質を評価する方法。 14.請求項12に記載の方法において、 前記受信メッセージの品質を計測する工程が、前記受信メッセージ対応するビ ットエラーレートを計測する工程を有することを特徴とする通信ネットワーク の品質を評価する方法。 15.通信局と当該通信局間の通信経路とを有し、当該通信局の何れかが基本 中央制御局である通信ネットワークの望ましい通信制御局を規定する方法にお いて、 送信通信局からのメッセージを送信し、複数の受信通信局で前記メッセージを 受信し、各受信通信局において、前記送信通信局を識別し、前記受信メッセー ジの品質を計測し、計測した複数の前記受信メッセージに基づいて前記送信通 信局に対応する複数の係数を規定し、他の送信通信局用に当該工程が繰返され 、通信局の各々が前記中央制御局と前記送信通信局のそれぞれに対応する品質 係数を通信し、前記基本中央制御局が、前記品質係数に基づいて前記通信経路 の品質を評価し、前記通信経路の評価品質に基づいて前記望ましい中央制御局 を規定することを特徴とする通信制御局を規定する方法。 16.請求項15に記載の方法において、 前記受信メッセージの品質を計測する工程が、前記受信メッセージに基づいて 信号の信号・雑音比(Signal to Noize Ratio:SNR)を計測する工程を有する ことを特徴とする通信制御局を規定する方法。 17.請求項15に記載の方法において、 前記受信メッセージの品質を計測する工程が、前記受信メッセージに対応する ビットエラーレートを計測する工程を有することを特徴とする通信制御局を規 定する方法。 18.通信局と当該通信局間の通信経路とを有し、当該通信局の何れかが基本中 央制御局である通信ネットワークの望ましい代替経路を規定する方法において 、送信通信局からのメッセージを送信し、複数の受信通信局で前記メッセージ を受信し、各受信通信局において、前記送信通信局を識別し、前記受信メッセ ージの品質を計測し、計測した複数の前記受信メッセージに基づいて前記送信 通信局に対応する複数の係数を規定し、他の送信通信局用に当該工程が繰返さ れ、通信局の各々が前記中央制御局と前記送信通信局のそれぞれに対応する品 質係数を通信し、前記基本中央制御局が、前記品質係数に基づいて前記通信経 路の品質を評価し、前記通信経路の評価品質に基づいて前記代替経路を規定す ることを特徴とする代替経路を規定する方法。 19.請求項18に記載の方法において、 前記受信メッセージの品質を計測する前記工程が、前記受信メッセージに基づ いて信号の信号・雑音比(Signal to Noize Ratio:SNR)を計測する工程を有 することを特徴とする代替経路を規定する方法。 20.請求項18に記載の方法において、 前記受信メッセージの品質を計測する工程が、前記受信メッセージに対応する ビットエラーレートを計測する工程を有することを特徴とする代替経路を規定 する方法。
