Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも25ヌクレオチド長さの、精製された、単離された、または濃 縮された核酸分子であって、 前記核酸分子の配列はキナーゼをコードする遺伝子の一部と少なくとも95%の 配列同一性を有するかまたはこれに相補的であり、 前記遺伝子は、配列番号1−9のいずれかに対応する遺伝子からなる群より選択 される、 ことを特徴とする核酸分子。 2. 前記核酸分子が、前記遺伝子の少なくとも50個の連続するアミノ酸をコ ードする配列と少なくとも95%の配列同一性を有する、請求項1記載の核酸分 子。 3. 前記核酸分子が、前記遺伝子の少なくとも100個の連続するアミノ酸を コードする配列と少なくとも95%の配列同一性を有する、請求項2記載の核酸 分子。 4. 少なくとも25ヌクレオチド長さの、精製された、単離された、または濃 縮された核酸分子であって、 前記核酸分子の配列は、配列番号1−9またはこれに相補的な配列から選択され る配列の一部と少なくとも95%の配列同一性を有する、 ことを特徴とする核酸分子。 5. 試料中のキナーゼポリペプチドをコードする核酸を検出するための核酸プ ローブであって、前記キナーゼは、配列番号1−9のいずれかに対応する遺伝予 によりコードされていることを特徴とする核酸プローブ。 6. 前記プローブが、前記核酸の一部に相補的な少なくとも25ヌクレオチド 長さの配列を含む、請求項5記載の核酸プローブ。 7. 前記プローブが、前記核酸の一部に相補的な少なくとも50ヌクレオチド 長さの配列を含む、請求項6記載の核酸プローブ。 8. ヒト組織において発現されるヒトポリペプチドをコードする、単離された または精製された核酸分子であって、ストリンジェントなハイブリダイゼーショ ン条件における、配列番号1−9からなる群より選択されるヌクレオチド配列ま たはこれに相補的な配列の、前記ヒト組織からのmRNAへのハイブリダイゼー ションにより得ることが可能な核酸分子。 9. キナーゼポリペプチドをコードするRNA配列に相補的な配列および細胞 内で機能的な転写終止領域に転写的に連結された、細胞内で機能的な転写開始領 域を含む組換え核酸分子であって、前記キナーゼは、配列番号1−9のいずれか に対応する遺伝子によりコードされることを特徴とする組換え核酸分子。 10. 前記キナーゼポリペプチドが、配列番号1−9のいずれかに対応する遺 伝子によりコードされる前記キナーゼのアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項9記載の組 換え核酸分子。 11. 単離された、濃縮されたまたは精製されたキナーゼポリペプチドであっ て、 前記キナーゼは、配列番号1−9のいずれかに対応する遺伝子または遺伝子の一 部によりコードされ、 前記ポリペプチドは、前記キナーゼのアミノ酸配列の少なくとも25個の連続す るアミノ酸を含む、 ことを特徴とするキナーゼポリペプチド。 12. 前記ポリペプチドが、前記キナーゼのアミノ酸配列の少なくとも50個 の連続するアミノ酸を含む、請求項11記載のキナーゼポリペプチド。 13. 前記ポリペプチドが、前記キナーゼのアミノ酸配列の少なくとも100 個の連続するアミノ酸を含む、請求項12記載のキナーゼポリペプチド。 14. 前記ポリペプチドが、前記キナーゼの全長アミノ酸配列を含む、請求項 13記載のキナーゼポリペプチド。 15. 前記ポリペプチドが、配列番号1−9のいずれかに対応する遺伝子によ りコードされるアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項14記載のキナーゼポリペプチド。 16. キナーゼポリペプチドに対して特異的結合親和性を有する抗体であって 、前記キナーゼは、配列番号1−9のいずれかに対応する遺伝子によりコードさ れる、ことを特徴とする抗体。 17. 前記キナーゼポリペプチドが、前記キナーゼのアミノ酸配列の少なくと も3個の連続するアミノ酸を含む、請求項16記載の抗体。 18. 前記キナーゼポリペプチドが、前記キナーゼのアミノ酸配列の少なくと も25個の連続するアミノ酸を含む、請求項17記載の抗体。 19. キナーゼポリペプチドに対する特異的結合親和性を有する抗体を産生す るハイブリドーマであって、前記キナーゼは、配列番号1−9のいずれかに対応 する遺伝子によりコードされることを特徴とするハイブリドーマ。 20. 前記キナーゼポリペプチドが、前記キナーゼのアミノ酸配列の少なくと も25個の連続するアミノ酸を含む、請求項19記載のハイブリドーマ。
