Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下地の上の耐食性コーティングとして使用するための組成物であって、該組 成物は、フルオロポリマー成分、以下に示すような第1のフィラー成分および第 2のフィラー成分を含み、 (a)前記第1のフィラー成分は、水、溶媒、および酸素の下地への浸透に対し て機械的障壁を形成する小板形状の粒子であって、上記組成物の全重量に対して 約2から約15重量%の量で存在し;および (b)前記第2のフィラー成分は、湿潤性を改良する小板形状の鉱物粒子であっ て、上記組成物の全重量に対して約0.5から約15重量%の量で存在すること を特徴とする組成物。 2.前記第1のフィラー成分は、雲母を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 組成物。 3.前記第2のフィラー成分は、タルクであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載 の組成物。 4.前記第2のフィラー成分は、タルクを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載 の組成物。 5.前記フルオロポリマー成分は、溶融二次加工可能であることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の組成物。 6.前記フルオロポリマー成分は、テトラフルオロエチレン/パーフルオロ(ア ルキルビニルエーテル)コポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の組 成物。 7.さらに、流れ調整剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 8.前記流れ調整剤は、無定形シリカを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の 組成物。 9.静電吹き付けに適する乾燥粉体混合物の形態であることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の組成物。 10.少なくとも約160マイクロメートルの厚さを有する焼き付け塗膜の形態 であって、前記塗膜が下地へのコーティングとして存在し、かつ460時間を超 える耐食性を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 11.約500マイクロメートル未満の厚さを有する焼き付け塗膜の形態であっ て、前記塗膜が下地へのコーティングとして存在し、かつ460時間を超える耐 食性を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 12.耐浸透性組成物で下地をコーティングする方法であって、 少なくとも1種の溶融フルオロポリマーを含む少なくとも1種のプライマーで 下地をコーティングする工程と、 下塗りされた下地の上を請求項1に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも2つの層で 塗布する工程と、 被覆された下地を前記層が溶融するのに十分な温度条件下まで加熱する工程と を具備し、前記下地に塗布した前記層の全体の厚さが約500マイクロメートル 未満の厚さであることを特徴とする方法。 13.前記各塗布後の加熱は、約340℃の温度で少なくとも約10分間にわた って実施されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 14.TFE/パーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエーテル)コポリマーと雲母とタ ルクとを含む前記少なくとも2つの層は、前記下塗りされた下地の上に静電吹き 付けによって塗布されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 15.TFE/パーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエーテル)コポリマーと雲母とタ ルクとを含む少なくとも3つの層は、前記下塗りされた下地の上に塗布されるこ とを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 16.TFE/パーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエーテル)コポリマーと雲母とタ ルクとを含む前記少なくとも2つの層は、前記下塗りされた下地に対して乾燥粉 体の形態で塗布されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 17.請求項12に記載の方法によって被覆されたことを特徴とする下地。 18.請求項1に記載の組成物で被覆されたことを特徴とする下地。 19.請求項18に記載の下地、およびフルオロポリマーの保護膜。 20.塗布された下地であって、 (a)下地と、 (b)フルオロポリマーと1種以上の接着促進ポリマーとを含み、前記下地に 被覆されるプライマーと、 (c)前記プライマーの上に請求項1に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも2つの 層と を有することを特徴とする被覆された下地。
