Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 燃料噴射器ニードルを製造する方法において、該方法が、 前記ニードルの一端のチップに部分球形の表面を形成する段階と、 前記部分球形のチップ表面に環状区域が残るように前記チップ内に軸方向孔を 形成する段階と、 前記軸方向孔の形成後に前記環状区域を超仕上げする段階と、 一方の端部に噴霧パターン形成部を有し、他方の端部に前記軸方向孔にかん合 するようにされたシャンクを有するピン部材を別個に形成する段階と、 前記ピン部材のシャンクを前記孔にかん合させ、前記噴霧パターン形成部が前 記チップ表面の環状区域内から突出するように軸方向孔内にシャンクを永久固定 する段階とを含む、燃料噴射器ニードルを製造する方法。 2. 前記噴霧パターン成形部が、前記ピン部材の一方の端部に円錐面を有して いる、請求項1に記載された方法。 3. 弁座を通過する燃料流を制御するための燃料噴射器ニードルであって、前 記弁座が前記噴射器ニードルの一方の端部のチップと密封係合するための円錐形 座面を有する形式のものにおいて、前記ニードルが、 前記ニードルチップに形成された部分球形の環状区域と、 前記部分球形の環状区域から内方へ前記チップ内へ延びる軸方向孔と、 前記孔内に固定されたシャンク端と噴霧パターン形成部として働くように前記 孔から突出する先端とを備えた別個のピン部材とを有している、弁座を通過する 燃料流を制御するための燃料噴射器ニードル。 4. 前記ピン部材の先端が円錐形を有している、請求項3に記載された燃料噴 射器。
