Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ニトロシル硫酸の混合反応器内でのSO2を有する硫酸との混合によって 、従って混合反応器から飽和したN2O3含有硫酸が流出され、流出された硫酸に 剥離ガスが導かれるニトロシル硫酸からNOxを除去する方法において、 混合反応器から流出されたN2O3含有硫酸が飽和反応器に送達され、従って少 なくとも部分的に上方にN2O3含有硫酸を通して流れる飽和反応器の低位領域に 同時にSO2含有ガスが流入され、 水が飽和反応器に導かれ、飽和反応器からSO2で飽和され実務的にNOxなし の硫酸は、留分が混合反応器に導かれる5〜60重量%のH2SO4濃度によって 流出され、従って混合反応器には、ニトロシル硫酸のNOx含量から回収された 少なくとも2重量%化学量論的に余剰のSO2が供給されることを特徴とする方 法。 2.混合反応器から流出された硫酸は、開始前に飽和反応器で冷却されること を特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.混合反応器から流出された硫酸が冷却水によって間接的に冷却され、従っ て加熱された冷却水が間接的に冷却から流出されることを特徴とする請求項2記 載の方法。 4.混合反応器には、SO2で飽和された硫酸の留分によって、ニトロシル硫 酸のNOx含量から回収された少なくとも5重量%化学量論的に余剰のSO2が供 給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.飽和反応器からSO2で飽和された硫酸が5〜35重量%のH2SO4含量 で流出されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.ニトロシル硫酸が硫酸の製造設備からSO2含有の焼成ガスから得られ、 SO2含有の焼成ガスが飽和反応器の低位領域に導かれることを特徴とする請求 項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
