Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.加水分解されていないヌクレオチド、トルイジンブルーO、およびバイン ダーを含み、少なくとも2つの表面を含み、耐熱性ヌクレアーゼ陽性ブドウ球菌 の含有が疑われる検体に対して配置するのに適合する耐熱性ヌクレアーゼ陽性ブ ドウ球菌の存在または量を測定するための物品。 2.前記バインダーがグアガムを含む、請求項1に記載の物品。 3.前記物品がλ−カラゲナンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の物品。 4.前記物品が前記物品の1つの表面に隣接する固体支持体をさらに含む、請 求項1に記載の物品。 5.前記固体支持体がポリエステルフィルムを含む、請求項4に記載の物品。 6.前記物品が前記固体支持体に対向する表面に隣接する保護材をさらに含む 、請求項4に記載の物品。 7.前記物品が約0.12mm〜約0.25mmの厚さを有する、請求項1に 記載の物品。 8.前記ヌクレオチドの耐熱性ヌクレアーゼ介在性加水分解が約7.3のpH で生じるように前記物品が試薬を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。 9.前記ヌクレオチドの耐熱性ヌクレアーゼ介在性加水分解が約9.0のpH で生じるように前記物品が試薬を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。 10.耐熱性ヌクレアーゼ陽性ブドウ球菌を検出するための請求項1に記載の 物品と前記検体とを接触させる工程であって、ここで、前記物品は加水分解され ていないヌクレオチド、トルイジンブルーO、およびバインダーを含み、少なく とも2つの表面をさらに含み、そして前記検体に対して配置するのに適合し、な らびにここで、前記検体はブドウ球菌を増殖するために選択される栄養培地を含 み、そして非耐熱性ヌクレアーゼ活性を不活化するために加熱処理されている; ならびに 前記物品中の青色から赤色またはピンク色への色の変化の有無を検出すること によって、前記検体中の耐熱性ヌクレアーゼ陽性ブドウ球菌の有無を確認する工 程、 を含む検体中の耐熱性ヌクレアーゼ陽性ブドウ球菌の測定方法。 11.前記検体が食物検体を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 12.前記検体が患者由来の検体を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 13.前記検体がブドウ球菌を増殖させるために適合された薄フィルム培養プ レート装置中で培養された検体を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 14.前記加熱が前記検体を少なくとも約60℃で約30分間インキュベート することを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 15.前記検体が寒天を基材として培養された検体を含む、請求項10に記載 の方法。 16.前記寒天を基材として培養された検体がBaird−Paker寒天で 培養された検体を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 17.前記検体において耐熱性ヌクレアーゼ陽性ブドウ球菌の数を定量する工 程をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 18.前記定量が前記物品における色の変化を伴う前記検体中のコロニーの数 を計数する工程、および前記数と前記検体中の潜在的にエンテロトキシンを産生 し得るブドウ球菌の量とを相関する工程を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。 19.検体から微生物を増殖するための試薬および栄養分、ならびに請求項1 に記載の物品を含む、検体中の耐熱性ヌクレアーゼ陽性ブドウ球菌の検出用キッ ト。
