Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.二本の枝管によって延長される一本の管状な母管(1)から成る分岐式血管 補綴において、母管の少なくとも一部には膨張性補強材を有することを特徴とす る分岐式血管補綴。 2.請求項1記載の分岐式血管補綴において、母管(1)がPTFEで作製され て、膨張式環状部分で補強されたことを特徴とする分岐式血管補綴。 3.請求項1又は請求項2記載の分岐式血管補綴において、分岐点の反対側の母 管が補強された末端が露出されていることを特徴とする分岐式血管補綴。 4.請求項1から請求項3までの何れかの請求項記載の分岐式血管補綴において 、枝管(2、3)はそのままの状態で用い補強されてないことを特徴とする分岐 式血管補綴。 5.請求項4記載の分岐式血管補綴において、母管が直径約28mmまで膨張で き、また枝管(2、3)の直径が約10mmであることを特徴とする分岐式血管 補綴。 6.請求項1から請求項3までの何れかの請求項記載の分岐式血管補綴において 、直径10mmまで膨張できる二本の補強された枝管によって母管が延長され、 補強された部分の重なり合いを避けるために膨張性部分を縦方向にずらし、枝管 (2、3)のうちの一方が他方よりも長いことを特徴とする分岐式血管補綴。 7.請求項6記載の分岐式血管補綴において、膨張式枝管(2、3)が膨張式環 状部分で補強されていることを特徴とする分岐式血管補綴。 8.上記の請求項の何れかの請求項記載の分岐式血管補綴において、枝管(2、 3)部分が遠位端方向に狭まることを特徴とする分岐式血管 補綴。
