Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.X線生成装置であって、 ハウジング、 前記ハウジング内に配列した真空外囲器、 電子を生成するための電子発生源であって、前記真空外囲器内に配列される、 電子発生源、 X線を発生させるための回転陽極ターゲットであって、前記電子発生源から間 隔をあけて前記真空外囲器内に配列される、回転陽極ターゲット、 前記回転陽極ターゲットへ電子を通過させるための開口を有し、前記回転陽極 ターゲットと前記電子発生源との間に配列される中空遮蔽構造体、 前記電子発生源と前記回転陽極ターゲットとの間に電場を形成するための電圧 源、 前記回転陽極ターゲットを囲む電気伝導性の外部構造体であって、前記陽極タ ーゲットを接地電位に維持するために接地される、電気伝導性の外部構造体、 前記回転陽極ターゲットの後方側に近接して配列した冷却ブロックであって、 複数の円形状の溝から成り、前記溝が、複数の円形状の隔壁によって仕切られ、 冷却液が、前記溝を通じて流れる、冷却 ブロック、及び 前記ハウジングの外部に配列した熱交換器、及び冷却液を前記熱交換器から前 記遮蔽構造体を介して前記冷却ブロックへ循環させ、前記冷却ブロックから前記 ハウジングを通じて前記熱交換器へと戻すための手段、を有する外部冷却ユニッ ト、 から成るX線生成装置。 2.前記回転陽極ターゲットが、前記冷却ブロックに向けて後方に張り出したフ ィンを有し、 前記冷却ブロックが、前記ターゲットに向けて前方に張り出した張出し部を有 し、 前記陽極ターゲットが回転すると、前記ターゲットのフィンが、前記張出し部 の間を通過し、熱が、前記張出し部を通じて前記冷却ブロックから伝達される、 ところの請求項1のX線生成装置。 3.前記中空遮蔽構造体が、熱伝導性の材料からなり、 前記中空遮蔽構造体が、前記電子発生源に面した凹状の上面、前記陽極ターゲ ットに面した平坦な底面、及び前記遮蔽構造体の内部に配列した複数のフィン、 から成る、 ところの請求項1のX線生成装置。 4.前記遮蔽構造体が、前記遮蔽構造体の前記フィンの間に配列さ れる金属製の発泡体、からさらに成る、 ところの請求項3のX線生成装置。 5.前記遮蔽構造体が、好適に、銅からなり、 前記フィンが、好適に、銅からなる、 ところの請求項4のX線生成装置。 6.前記中空遮蔽構造体が、凹状の上壁、平坦な底壁、及び前記凹状の上壁から 前記平坦な底壁に向けて張り出した複数のピン、から成り、 前記遮蔽構造体及びピンが、熱伝導性の材料からなる、 ところの請求項2のX線生成装置。 7.前記中空遮蔽構造体が、それらの間を溶接し、前記遮蔽構造体の内壁に連結 される複数の金属製の球体で満たされる、 ところの請求項2のX線生成装置。 8.X線生成装置であって、 真空外囲器、 X線を発生させるための陽極回転ターゲットであって、前記真空外囲器内に配 列される、回転陽極ターゲット、 前記回転陽極ターゲットを囲む電気伝導性の外部構造体であって、前記陽極タ ーゲットを接地電位に維持するために接地される、電気伝導性の外部構造体、 電子を生成するための電子発生源であって、前記陽極ターゲットから間隔をあ けて配列される、電子発生源、 前記回転陽極ターゲットと前記電子発生源との間に配列され、熱伝導性の発泡 体で充填される中空遮蔽構造体であって、前記電子発生源からの電子を通過させ て前記回転陽極ターゲットへ到達させるための開口を有する、中空遮蔽構造体、 前記回転陽極ターゲットの後方側に近接して配列される冷却ブロックであって 、それらの間を複数の隔壁で仕切られた複数の円形状の溝を有するディスクから 成る、冷却ブロック、及び 熱交換器、及び冷却液を前記熱交換器から前記遮蔽構造体を介して前記冷却ブ ロックへ循環させ、前記冷却ブロックから前記ハウジングを通じて前記熱交換器 へと戻すための手段、から成る冷却液循環システム、 から成るX線生成装置。 9.前記冷却液が、好適に、水性液である、ところの請求項8のX線生成装置。 10.前記遮蔽構造体が、熱伝導性の材料からなり、 前記遮蔽構造体が、前記電子発生源に面した凹状の上面、及び前記陽極ターゲ ットに面した平坦な底面、から成る、 ところの請求項9のX線生成装置。 11.X線生成装置であって、 ハウジング、 前記ハウジング内に配列した真空外囲器、 X線を発生させるための回転陽極ターゲットであって、前記真空外囲器内に配 列される、回転陽極ターゲット、 電子を生成するための電子発生源であって、前記陽極ターゲットから間隔をあ けて配列される、電子発生源、及び 冷却システムであって、 前記回転陽極ターゲットと前記電子発生源との間に配列され、前記電子発生源 からの電子を前記回転陽極ターゲットへ通過させるための開口を有する、熱伝導 性の遮蔽構造体、 前記回転陽極ターゲットの後方側に近接して配列され、円形状の隔壁で形成さ れた複数の円形状の溝を有する熱ディスクから成る、冷却ブロック、及び 前記ハウジングの外部に配列した熱交換器、及び冷却液を前記熱交換器から前 記遮蔽構造体を介して前記冷却ブロックへ循環させ、前記冷却ブロックから前記 ハウジングを通じて前記熱交換器へと戻すための手段、を有する外部冷却ユニッ ト、 から成り、 前記冷却ブロックの前記複数の溝を通過する前記冷却液の圧力降 下が実質的に低減され、前記遮蔽構造体を通過する前記冷却液の量が増加する、 ところの冷却システム、 から成るX線生成装置。 12.前記遮蔽構造体が、前記冷却液を通過させるための空洞部を有する、とこ ろの請求項11のX線生成装置。
