Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.画像誘導手術システムにおいて、 −画像ピックアップ装置を具備する内視鏡(11)と、 −前記内視鏡(11)の位置を測定するための位置測定システム(10,21) と、 −前記内視鏡の前記測定された位置に従って画像データを処理し、前記処理され た画像データから結合された画像データを取り戻し、及び前記画像ピックアッ プ装置から画像情報を取り出すために配されたデータ処理器(2)と、 を有することを特徴とする画像誘導手術システム。 2.請求項1に記載の画像誘導手術システムにおいて、前記画像データが検査す べき患者の体内に1つ又は幾つかの解剖学的指標を表現することを特徴とする 画像誘導手術システム。 3.請求項1又は2に記載の画像誘導手術システムにおいて、変換された画像デ ータが前記画像データ、前記画像ピックアップ装置からの前記画像情報及び前 記測定された位置から得られることを特徴とする画像誘導手術システム。 4.請求項1に記載の画像誘導手術システムにおいて、当該画像誘導手術システ ムが −表示ユニットと、 −前記結合された画像データを表す画像信号を生成し、前記画像信号を前記表示 ユニットに供給するために配される画像処理器と、 を有することを特徴とする画像誘導手術システム。 5.請求項1に記載の画像誘導手術システムにおいて、当該画像誘導手術システ ムが、 −書き込み可能なメモリユニットと、 −前記書き込み可能なメモリユニット上に前記結合された画像を記憶するために 配される前記データ処理器と、 を有することを特徴とする画像誘導手術システム。 6.請求項1に記載の画像誘導手術システムにおいて、前記画像データが前記画 像ピックアップ装置によって生成されることを特徴とする画像誘導手術システ ム。 7.画像誘導手術システムが −画像ピックアップ装置を具備する内視鏡と、 −前記内視鏡から画像情報の変化を検出するために配されるデータ処理器と を有することを特徴とする画像誘導手術システム。 8.請求項7に記載の画像誘導手術システムにおいて、前記画像誘導手術システ ムが、 −前記内視鏡の位置を測定するための位置測定システムと、 −前記内視鏡の位置の変化を検出するために配される前記データ処理器と、 を有することを特徴とする画像誘導手術システム。 9.内視鏡によって検査範囲を検査する方法であり、 −前記内視鏡によって検査すべき前記範囲から画像情報を得て、 −検査すべき前記範囲に関係する前記内視鏡の位置及び/又は方向を測定し、 −検査すべき前記範囲に関する画像データを入力し、 −前記測定された位置及び/又は方向に従って前記画像データを変換し、 −前記画像ピックアップ装置及び前記変換された画像データから結合された画像 情報を得る、 ステップを有することを特徴とする内視鏡によって検査範囲を検査する方法。
