2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, juices, soups, stews, zeries and the like are stored in a pouch with a spout made of a flexible material, or medicines, linear agents, inks, and the like are sometimes packaged. , Stews, jellies, etc., the user sometimes puts a mouth on the spout (the spout main body) to suck and drink the contents. As the pouch, there are a standing pouch, a side gusset pouch, a flat pouch and the like depending on its shape. Further, the spout body has a flange portion, an adhesive base for heat bonding with the pouch is formed on one side of the flange portion, and a cylindrical portion for discharging the contents is formed on the other side. Is done. Before the edge of the pouch is thermally bonded to the pouch, a part of the spout is inserted between the two films on the edge and the film is heated and pressed from the outer surface of the film. When the user drinks the contents stored in the pouch with a spout as described above by drinking and drinking, etc.
The inner surface of the pouch partially adheres, and so-called blockage occurs, in which the contents cannot be sucked and taken even though the contents remain in the pouch. In order to prevent the blockage, FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 6A to 6C, four extension pieces are suspended below the adhesive base of the spout body, and two opposing lower ends of the four extension pieces are suspended from each other. A rib having a cross-shaped cross-section (blocking prevention rib) formed by extending each suspension portion downward, or a cylindrical body (not shown) may be connected to the tip of the extension piece, The blockage prevention is performed by the blockage prevention rib formed of the cross rib or the cylindrical body. As described above, various types of blocking prevention ribs have been proposed which face the inside of the pouch from the lower part of the spout for this blocking. For example, Japanese Patent No. 2949694 discloses various shapes as cross sections. In this way, by providing the rib for preventing blocking in the bag so as to extend, it is possible to drink and drink without leaving the contents in the bag.

When the contents are filled in the above-mentioned pouch forming the spout of the tie or when the contents are taken out from the container, the contents are put into the pouch through the opening near the lower end of the adhesive base. , Or, in the case of drinking and drinking, flows from the pouch into the cylindrical part of the adhesive base, but the distance from the extension piece to the blocking prevention rib is 7 to 12 mm
Therefore, at the time of the filling, in the case of a solid-containing or highly viscous content, the solid or the highly viscous material may be caught between the four extension pieces or the suspension portion of the cross. This causes flow resistance and impedes the flow into the pouch, thereby lowering the filling efficiency. In extreme cases, the contents are sometimes clogged and do not enter the container. As a countermeasure, there are problems that the size of the solid matter in the contents is extremely small, the filling speed is reduced, and the productivity is reduced. In addition, even when the user sucks and drinks the contents, the contents become poor when caught in the gap formed between the blocking prevention rib provided at the lower part of the spout, and in extreme cases, In some cases, the gap was closed. As a result, only very small diameter solid substances could be contained. An object of the present invention is to provide a spout capable of preventing clogging in a pouch with a spout for packaging contents including solids and high-viscosity contents, and which does not clog the contents at the time of filling and drinking. It is to be.

[0006] A conventional pouch with a spout is filled with contents including solid matter, sold through a predetermined process, and is difficult to take out from the spout at the stage of taking out the contents by a user who has purchased it. Sometimes it took an extremely long time. The cause was found to be due to the shape of the connecting portion when the blocking prevention rib was attached via the extension piece below the adhesive base of the spout body, and by changing the shape, the content containing solid matter was found. The problem of blockage near the adhesive base of the spout by the object was solved. When taking out the contents from a pouch with a spout by drinking or drinking,
The contents in the vicinity of the adhesive base will flow into the cylindrical portion in the adhesive base, but the presence of the extension piece indicates that, when the content contains a solid, An obstruction is caused by being caught in the gap between them, and the obstruction due to the obstruction increases. Therefore, the present inventors have found that by changing the shape of the connecting portion, the blockage can be prevented and a solid having a larger diameter can be included, and the present invention has been completed.

[0007] Changing the shape of the connecting portion is described in FIG.
As shown in (2), the length of the extension piece provided below the adhesive base is increased, and the length of the blocking prevention rib connected to the extension piece is shortened. Specifically, the length from the lower end of the adhesive base to the tip of the blocking prevention rib is L, and the length of the extension piece is L.
1. When the length of the blocking prevention rib is L2 (L = L1 + L
In 2), L1 ≧ L2. By increasing the length of the extension piece, the flow at the time of inflow and removal from the inner cylindrical portion of the adhesive base was improved. That is, the contents injected from the lower end of the adhesive base flow down to the fruit report as it is, and flow into the pouch from the upper end of the obstruction preventing rib in front, rear, left and right directions.

[0008] The size of the solid matter contained in the contents to be stored in the pouch with a spout provided with the spout for a pouch of the present invention is as follows. It is possible to contain a solid having a larger diameter than in the case of a conventional extension piece. Furthermore, by using two extension pieces, it became possible to contain a larger solid substance. For example, when the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion of the spout body is 9 mmΦ, and in the case of four extension pieces, the size of the solid matter included as the content is 1.5 mmΦ.
Although it was about the following, the length of the extension piece of the spout body in the present invention was set to 32 mm, which is the same as the length of the blocking prevention rib, and when two extension pieces were used, it was possible to obtain a solid having a particle size of about 8 mmΦ at the maximum. It is now possible to handle included contents.

The use of two extension pieces will be specifically described. Since the conventional connecting portion of the anti-blocking rib to the adhesive base portion was the four extension pieces, the gap portion that could be formed was narrow. The present inventors have shown in FIG. 2 (a) and FIG.
(A), as shown in FIGS. 4 (b) and 4 (c), the extension pieces 16 are hung downward from two places at the lower end of the adhesive base 10, and the tips of the two extension pieces 16 Parts are suspended from each other, the suspension part is extended downward as it is to form a plate-like body,
By providing a protrusion on the plate-like body 18h or providing a vertical rising portion (hereinafter, referred to as a vertical plate-like body 18v), it is possible to prevent the pouch from being clogged, which has conventionally occurred at the time of taking out the contents, and at the same time, Even if the content contains solid matter, the void formed in the connection part of the blocking prevention rib to the adhesive base sucked from the pouch into the spout became large,
The removal including the solid matter contained in the contents was facilitated.

The spout body is formed using a resin that can be heat-sealed with the pouch by being pressed and heated from the outside of the pouch while being sandwiched between the thermal bonding portions of the pouch body. In addition, when contents require heat sterilization (hereinafter, retort sterilization),
Even if the contents are heated during the retort sterilization, it is necessary that the material does not peel off at the bonding portion with the pouch and does not deform as a molded product. The present inventors have conducted experiments on various materials, and found that the resin used for the spout body when the contents were sterilized by retort was heated to a melting point of 110 ° C or higher by the DSC method. It was confirmed that there was no peeling at the bonding portion due to the above, and it could be used as a spout body of the pouch spout of the present invention. The melting temperature according to the DSC method expressed here indicates a melting peak temperature of a DSC curve obtained based on JIS K7121. When the pouch spout of the present invention is subjected to retort sterilization, the same as the resin constituting the spout body, when using the heat-sealing layer and the sealing material constituting the laminated body of the pouch body, the same applies. A heat sealing layer or the like of a hermetic sealing material having a melting temperature of 110 ° C. or higher by a DSC method is used.

The package obtained by subjecting the contents such as foods or beverages filled in the pouch with the spout to which the spout for the pouch of the present invention is attached to under pressure and heat is stored at room temperature and can be distributed. can do. In this case, the pouch spout is formed of a heat-resistant laminate, and the spout of the present invention is also made of a material that can withstand pressure and heat sterilization. Generally, the pressurized heat sterilization is referred to as retort sterilization, and specifically, the solid material of the present invention molded with a heat-resistant resin into the heat-resistant pouch and a high viscosity The contents are filled and sealed in a pouch with a spout equipped with a spout corresponding to the material, and the autoclave is kept in a condition where superheated steam or hot water kills recent contents in the contents. For example, the overheating condition is set so that the temperature at the center of the content is 120 ° C. and can be maintained for 4 minutes. By so-called retort sterilization that sterilizes the contents by pressurized overheating,
Preservation of perishable contents, distribution at room temperature is possible, and planned production and mass production of products are possible, which has the effect of widening the distribution range.

The pouch spout of the present invention has a structure
Since the bending can be performed, when a larger solid matter is moored in the gap, the rib に located immediately below the spout cylinder moves by pushing the blocking prevention rib from outside the pouch. Thus, the entire area of the cylindrical portion is opened to the contents. As a result, it is easy to take out a solid matter having a size that can pass through the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion.

The surface layer 31 is excellent in suitability for printing and laminating, has the overall mechanical strength required in ordinary applications such as tensile strength, impact strength, and scratch resistance, and has solvent resistance, resistance to solvent, and the like. In addition to chemical properties, it is necessary to have heat resistance against heating during the retort step and heat during heat sealing during bag making. As a film having properties corresponding to such required performance or satisfying the conditions, for example, a biaxially stretched polyester film,
Biaxially stretched nylon film, biaxially stretched polypropylene film, etc., as well as films coated with polyvinylidene chloride or the like to impart moisture-proof or gas barrier properties, or films on which metal or oxides such as silica are deposited Can be used. The thickness of the film used as these surface layers is suitably from 9 to 50 μm. If the thickness of the surface layer 31 is less than 9 μm, the strength is insufficient and the suitability for printing and laminating is also reduced, which is not preferable. In the case of the present invention, the surface layer having a thickness of more than 50 μm is not required because the package itself is small in size and has sufficient strength.

The intermediate layer 32 is provided to improve the mechanical strength of the laminated film or to improve the water vapor and various gas barrier properties. For example, nylon, polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer may be used according to the purpose. Combined saponified product (EVOH), polyvinylidene chloride and other films, and aluminum foil and alloy foils are mixed with other metals, such as iron, into aluminum to improve the spreadability, thereby reducing the heat sterilization of pinholes and the like. A suitable metal foil may be used, or a thin film of aluminum, silicon oxide, alumina, or the like (having a thickness of 40 nm to 60 nm).
nm) by vacuum deposition or the like. The thickness of the intermediate layer is usually 7 to 50 μm.
About m is appropriate. If the thickness of the intermediate layer is less than 7 μm, required performance such as strength and various barrier properties cannot be obtained,
It is not preferable because the processability of laminating or the like also decreases.
In addition, if the intermediate layer has a thickness of up to 50 μm, the strength improvement and performance such as barrier properties are sufficiently satisfied.
Thicknesses larger than that are not necessary and undesirably increase material costs.

Next, the heat-sealing layer 33 is provided on the innermost layer of the laminated film. When the laminated film is formed into a bag, the heat-sealing layer 33 is heat-bonded with sufficient strength by heat and pressure of the sealer.
In addition, it is necessary for the spout body to have a heat-sealing property to the adhesive base 10. Also, for direct contact with the contents. It also requires physical properties against contents. As the heat fusion layer 33, a multilayer film formed by a coextrusion method or the like can be used.

About 0 to 200 μm is appropriate. As a result of various studies on the material used as the heat sealing layer, as a result of various studies, the polyolefin resin as described above, as sterilization of the contents, in order to withstand high-temperature conditions such as pressure heat sterilization, the above-mentioned A resin having a melting temperature of 110 ° C. or higher is selected. In the case of a heat-sealing layer made of a resin having a melting temperature of less than 110 ° C., the contents are filled and, in the step of pressurizing and heat-sterilizing, the heat sealing portion of the pouch, or the adhesive base of the spout body. In the bonding, a peeling phenomenon may occur during the sterilization and commercialization may not be possible. Further, since the conditions of the pressurized heat sterilization are cut in consideration of the components of the contents, the packaging unit, the set distribution conditions, and the like, the heat-sealing layer of the pouch is heated under the sterilization heating conditions (temperature, Time).

In the present invention, the material of the hermetically sealing material which is thermally bonded to the upper portion of the spout main body of the pouch spout has a heat fusion layer which can be thermally bonded to the upper end of the spout main body 2, if necessary. To form a laminate of a surface layer, an intermediate layer and the like and the heat-sealing layer. The materials of the surface layer and the intermediate layer are the same as those of the surface layer and the intermediate layer constituting the pouch body. It is desirable to use an easily-openable resin for the heat-sealing layer so that the user can easily peel off.

It is desirable that the inner surface of the pouch is not damaged by the protrusions of the ribs. The blocking prevention ribs 17 do not have to be formed parallel or perpendicular to both sides of the boat-shaped flange portion 12, in other words, an extension piece provided at any position on the circumference of the adhesive base. If the ribs extending the facing extension pieces and the ribs are extended to form extended cross ribs, it is possible to prevent the pouch from being clogged when sucking and drinking the contents. One of the objects of the present invention is that if the pouch can be prevented from being clogged, the width of the four ribs of the clogging prevention rib does not need to be a constant width in the length direction of the extension thereof. The width may be continuously narrowed toward the tip, or may be narrowed stepwise, or may be partially cut out.

It is preferable that the cross-section of the blocking prevention rib is a cross (four ribs) as described above, and in the case of the shape of three ribs, the angle between the ribs may be too wide to impede the blocking prevention effect. When five or more ribs are used, the moldability deteriorates. On the other hand, the blocking prevention effect is the same as that of four ribs.

[Example 1] <Clogging prevention rib> Four extension pieces Extension piece + Blocking prevention rib L = 65mm Extension piece L1 = 40mm Blocking prevention rib L2 = 25mm <Contents> Konjac jelly 250g As a solid, the konjac particles had an average particle size of 2 mmΦ <Retort heating condition> The package filled with the contents was placed in an autoclave and heated at 125 ° C for 25 minutes. [Example 2] The contents were filled into a pouch equipped with the same solid and high viscosity material spout as in Example 1. <Occlusion prevention rib> Two extension pieces Extension piece + Occlusion prevention rib L = 65mm Extension piece L1 = 35mm Occlusion prevention rib L2 = 30 <Contents> 250 g of beverage containing grape, solid matter, average grain of grape Diameter 3 mmΦ and 5 mmΦ. <Heating conditions> The contents heated to 90 ° C were filled from the spout, and sterilized by heating at 90 ° C for 10 minutes. Comparative Example 1 <Clogging prevention rib> Four extension pieces Extension piece + blocking prevention rib L = 65 mm Extension piece L1 = 8 mm Blocking prevention rib L2 = 57 mm Example 2 except for the shape of the extension piece and the blocking prevention rib. The same conditions were used. Comparative Example 2 <Clogging prevention rib> Four extension pieces Extension piece + Blocking prevention rib L = 65 mm Extension piece L1 = 10 mm Blocking prevention rib L2 = 55 Example 2 except for the shape of the extension piece and the blocking prevention rib. The same conditions were used. <Confirmation of blockage 1> Regarding the filling of the contents, there was no problem in Example 1, but in the comparative example, the filling from the spout was difficult because particles were applied to the connecting portion. Also, no blockage during removal occurred in Example 1,
In Comparative Example 1, konjac particles were caught in the gap between the extension pieces of the spout body, causing blockage, making it difficult to drink and drink. <Confirmation 2 of clogging> Regarding the filling of the contents, in Example 2, grape particle diameters of 3 mm and 5 mm could be filled from the spout without any problem, but in Comparative Example 2,
When the grape particle size was 3 mm, the particles fell on the connecting portion, and filling from the spout was extremely difficult. Filling was not possible with a grape particle size of 5 mm. Therefore, in Comparative Example 2, an unsealed portion was formed at the bottom of the bag, and the contents had to be filled from the unsealed portion. In addition, when sucking and drinking from the pouch filled with the contents, in Example 2, it was possible to suck and drink without a clogging phenomenon. In Comparative Example 2, it was difficult to take out one having a particle size of 3 mm, and it was necessary to drink strongly. Those having a particle size of 5 mm could not be taken out.

As described above, in the conventional pouch with a spout, four extension ribs are hung below the adhesive base in order to extend the blocking prevention rib. When the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion is 9 mmΦ, only solid matter having a very small particle size (for example, about 0.5 to 1.5Φ) can be contained in the content, whereas the solid matter of the present invention and high viscosity In the case of an object-compatible spout, even if the inner diameter of the same spout cylinder is 9 mmΦ, the length of the extension piece is set to be equal to or longer than the length of the blocking prevention rib, so that the particle size is, for example, about 6 to 8Φ. Desirably, even if a solid having a diameter of 1 to 6 mmΦ is added, there is no problem in filling and taking out (drinking etc.). Further, the extension piece is
