Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably attach a spout to a pouch and to prevent the pouch from being damaged by the spout for a spout-attached pouch equipped with a spout having an adhesion base to be welded to the edges at the inside faces of films by a method wherein each of corners of the adhesion base is formed in a curved shape. SOLUTION: A spout-attached pouch P is made up by attaching a spout 1 to one side of a pouch 2, and attachment of the pouch 1 is made by putting the inside faces at the periphery of the pouch 2 and the adhesion face of the adhesion base of the spout 1 together and by sticking the pouch 2 to the shuttle- shaped adhesion base 4 by heating with heating materials brought into contact from both sides with the pouch 2. In this case, with curved parts M formed at corners of the adhesion base 4 of the spout 1, melting projections can be prevented from being produced when the spout 1 is stuck by heating and pinholes or through holes can be prevented from being produced. The curved part M is desirable to be formed in 1.0-5.0 mm of radius. Furthermore, blocking prevention ribs 8 extending toward the inside of the pouch 2 are provided, being in connection to the adhesion base 4.

However, the pouch 2 '
When the adhesive base of the spout is inserted between the two films on the side of, and the adhesive base and the inner surface of the pouch are heat-sealed by applying heat and pressure from the outer surface of the film, as shown in FIG. The corners of the adhesive base 4'may be softened and melted, and in particular, the melted resin in the corners of the adhesive base may flow out between the films of the pouch to form a protruding state. The molten resin in the protruding state becomes a cooled and solidified protrusion (hereinafter referred to as a molten protrusion) when heating and pressing are completed. The fused protrusion K sometimes forms a sharp tip. As a pouch P'with a spout that is filled and sealed with a content, particularly a liquid content, the melting projection K is continuously connected to the inner surface of the pouch 2'when it is circulated, due to vibration, shock, etc. received during transportation. In addition, the pouch is damaged by instantaneous contact or puncture, and in the worst case, a pinhole is generated in the pouch 2'at a portion where the melting protrusion K comes into contact, and a larger hole is formed. There is. Further, the drop impact may cause the molten protrusion K to pierce the pouch 2'to form a piercing hole. As above
The formation of through holes in the pouch sometimes caused leakage of the contents. Further, when the spout 1'is attached to the pouch 2 ', when the spout 1'is inserted into the unsealed part of the pouch, the corners of the adhesive base 4'may be caught on the edge of the pouch 2'. was there. Further, in various pouches with a spout according to the prior art, when sucking juice or the like from the spout, the inner surfaces of the pouch come into close contact with each other in the middle of the process, resulting in a so-called closed state, and continuous swallowing. There were times when you couldn't. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to stably attach the spout to the pouch, and
It is an object of the present invention to provide a pouch with a spout that does not cause damage to the pouch due to the spout and prevents the pouch from becoming blocked when sucking the contents in the pouch.

Instead of the roundness M, a chamfer C having a length of 1.0 to 5.0 mm is formed at the corner portion of the adhesive base portion 4 of the spout as shown in FIG. 2 (a) or FIG. 2 (a). May be. By chamfering C, it is possible to obtain the same effect as when the roundness M is provided. That is, it is possible to prevent the generation of the melting protrusion K, and as a result, it is possible to prevent the generation of pinholes or through holes, and also to prevent the occurrence of pinholes or through-holes. I was able to eliminate the trap. If the length of the chamfered portion C is less than 1.0 mm, the generation of the fusion protrusion K cannot be prevented, and if the roundness exceeds 5.0 mm, the welding area between the pouch and the spout is reduced. However, there is a risk of defective welding.

If necessary, the cap 20 may be of the pill fur proof type. For example, FIG.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, the cap 20 has a structure in which a space between the cap base 21 and the annular body 22 is separated by a separation band 2
3 in the separation zone 23, the cap substrate 2
1 and the annular body 22 are connected by several connecting portions 24. When rotating and tightening the cap to seal, the locking pieces 25 and 26 provided in the separation band are used.
When tightening the cap 20 to the spout, the connecting portion 2
Transmit the tightening force so that 4 does not break. And
At the final stage of tightening, the ratchet 27r of the annular body 21 is configured to get over the ratchet 28r of the spout. When the cap base 21 is rotated when the cap is opened, the connecting portion 24 is broken, so that only the cap base 21 is rotated to form the opening of the spout. At this time, the undercut 27u of the annular body 22 is fitted to the undercut stopper 28u of the spout, and the ratchet portions 27r and 28r are locked to fix the cap base 20 to the spout 1 even when the cap is opened. In this state, the cap base 21 is separated from the annular body 22 and can be recognized as an opened cap, which is a so-called pilfer proof cap.

The spout 1 and the cap 20 are formed separately, and are injection molded from polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene or the like. The molding material of the spout 1 is a material that can be heat-bonded to the inner surface of the pouch 2,
In addition, it is desirable to select a cap that can obtain tighter tightness when the cap 20 is screwed into the spout 1. For example, low density polyethylene can be used for the spout 1, and medium density polyethylene or polypropylene can be used for the cap 20. Since low-density polyethylene has lower rigidity than the medium-density, high-density polyethylene or polypropylene, it is possible to tightly tighten the screws by utilizing the difference in the rigidity as in the combination of the materials described above. Can be done easily. Even if the molding materials used for the spout and the cap are reversed, the tight winding can be performed in the same manner as described above.
