Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism adhesive spray nozzle that has a smaller gas delivery cross section, allows sufficient and homogeneous mixing atomization of two medicines to an optimal range, and is especially suitable for endoscope surgery, in a nozzle of a tool for spraying and applying the organism adhesive using mixture of two components by aseptic gas. SOLUTION: This spray nozzle comprises a pipe-like first nozzle as a first chemical passage, a pipe-like gas supply nozzle as a gas passage provided for the outer periphery of a circle concentric with the first nozzle, and a pipe-like second nozzle as a second chemical passage in parallel with and spaced from the gas supply nozzle. A delivery outlet of the first nozzle is projected than the spray outlet of the gas supply nozzle and provided on the straightly extension. A delivery outlet of the second nozzle is larger than the tip of the gas supply nozzle, and is formed in a bent shape so as to open to the extension line of the gas spray outlet of the gas supply nozzle.

Various proposals have been made for the nozzle portion of these spray-type instruments, including those having the structure disclosed in the above-mentioned publication. On the other hand, when using this device in endoscopic surgery, there are some clinically special requirements for this nozzle, one of which is the gas pressure inside the body cavity such as the abdominal cavity during endoscopic surgery. May not be increased more than necessary. This suggests that it is necessary to minimize the amount of sterile gas released when spraying the adhesive with a spray device, but on the other hand,
If the amount of release is suppressed, there is a conflicting problem that sufficient atomization and diffusion of the adhesive having viscosity cannot be obtained, and a nozzle structure that solves both conflicting problems is required. In other words, an ideal nozzle in this regard is a nozzle having a gas ejection port having a small ejection area (cross-sectional area) and having a shape capable of discharging to a certain extent.
Also, as another requirement, it is necessary to make the range of the tissue to be spray-applied moderate, and as a matter of course, it is necessary to ensure that the spray is applied to the entire area where the application is necessary, and that the unnecessary area is not sprayed as much as possible. Consideration is required.

[0005] Considering a conventional spray type nozzle, many chemical liquid supply nozzles have two passages arranged in parallel from a syringe containing a chemical liquid to a discharge port, and a discharge part at the tip is also provided. They are arranged in parallel and ejected separately. The reason for this is that when the two components of the adhesive are mixed, they harden in a short time when mixed, so that they are mixed outside of the appliance. This is because, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-205831 in which the hood is provided, once the use is interrupted, the adhesive may harden at the tip end and may become unusable. On the other hand, gas outlets of gas supply nozzles are roughly classified into two types. One type is provided with one or two having a circular cross section corresponding to a chemical solution discharge port (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 5 The other is on the outer side concentric with each of the chemical supply nozzles (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-154848, etc.) or on the outer periphery where two chemical supply nozzles are integrated (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-25572).
9) There is a doughnut-shaped cross section. In light of the requirements of the preceding stage, these nozzles, in order to reduce the injection amount of sterile gas, from the small cross-sectional area, as ideal in the above study, from a small cross-sectional area, high pressure, and a shape that can obtain a certain diffusion range The doughnut-shaped cross section is better than a circular shape having a larger relative cross-sectional area, and a single spout is naturally better. However, if the cross section is made into a donut shape without increasing the number of parts or complicating the structure, two gas outlets must be provided corresponding to the chemical solution supply port for uniform mixing and spraying of the chemical solution. One gas supply port
However, as in JP-A-7-255729,
If the two gas supply ports are surrounded by the gas supply ports, there is a problem that the cross-sectional area of gas ejection increases as a result. On the other hand, if the gas ejection port is made independent from the chemical liquid ejection port and becomes one, there is a problem that there is a concern that the two chemical liquids ejected from the two chemical liquid ejection ports are evenly mixed with each other.
The conventional one does not sufficiently satisfy the above requirements. Furthermore, in any of the conventional methods, since the discharge ports of the two chemicals are separately arranged in parallel, the application range of the sprayed adhesive is wide, and it can be imagined that the adhesive is diffused in an oval or cocoon shape. Depending on the application range, it may be unnecessarily wide and extend to the area that does not need to be applied. Further, although the chemical solution is atomized and sprayed, the discharge ports for the two chemical solutions are arranged in parallel with a certain width. Since the two components are separate, there is no problem at the center of the application range, but there is also a problem that the uniformity of the chemical solution is inferior toward the both ends in the longitudinal width direction.

According to the bioadhesive of the present configuration, even though each of the discharge ports of the two components of the liquid medicine is at the tip of another nozzle, the discharge port of the second nozzle is located on an extension of the discharge port of the tip of the first nozzle. Are opened, the two chemicals are mixed at the discharge section, and the liquid is mixed as if discharged from the same discharge port, so that highly uniform mixing can be achieved. If one is provided on the outer circumference on the concentric circle of the nozzle cross-section, the desired two drug solutions can be mixed and sprayed. Therefore, the requirements particularly required for the above-mentioned endoscopic surgery, that is,
In order not to increase the gas pressure inside the body cavity such as the abdominal cavity more than necessary,
It is possible to provide a gas supply nozzle having ideal requirements such as a shape capable of discharging a small amount of gas from a small area (cross-sectional area) to a high pressure and to some extent. at the same time,
With these structures, the application range of the adhesive becomes circular, so that it is possible to avoid unnecessary and wide application over a wide range.

According to the present invention, it is possible to minimize the amount of release of sterile gas which is particularly suitable for endoscopic surgery by the above-described operation, and to spray and mix the adhesive uniformly within an appropriate range. Can provide a bioadhesive spray nozzle that can maintain the gas pressure in the abdominal cavity during endoscopic surgery, such as the abdominal cavity, and reduce the effects of applying adhesive to unnecessary parts. In addition, the burden and adverse effects on the patient can be reduced.
