【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 調理物を収容する庫内と通ずる開口部を
設けた筐体と、この開口部に連結された冷却ダクトと、
冷却ダクト下方に設けた水受皿と、庫内に送風する強制
循環用の送風手段と、過熱蒸気を発生させるボイラー
と、このボイラーに水を送り込む給水手段と、発生した
蒸気を庫内に送り込む蒸気誘導ダクトと、送風手段の吹
出側に設けた追い加熱手段とで構成される過熱蒸気調理
器。
