Straw, reeds, bamboo, kenaf, kouriang, palm leaf cores, etc. that are currently unused or discarded, or unused parts are crushed into chips, powders, or fibers as they are Dissolves with chemicals such as sulfuric acid solution. The ratio varies depending on the material, but is basically about 1: 3 to 10 (weight). When dissolved with a chemical such as a sulfuric acid solution, the material becomes carbonized and becomes earthy. Thereafter, before the raw material is not completely dissolved, an alkaline substance such as ammonia is mixed in, and the pH is adjusted to 6.5.
To a neutralized state of pH 7.5. That is, it forms ammonium sulfate (ammonium sulfate), which is nitrogenous fertilizer itself. Then, it is crushed into pulp powder or pulp sheet. P
The reason for setting H6.5 to PH7.5 is that it can correspond to soil. B) Of the above materials, it is possible to use only the hardest and most difficult coconut fiber, but technically, other pulp, such as reed pulp, is dissolved in water at the time of cold pressing. If so, hot pressing becomes easier. It is also possible to mix a pulp-like material that forms ammonium sulfate into other pulp such as reed pulp. Further, in order to promote the compost, a decomposing enzyme or other compost accelerator may be mixed. A small amount of glue may be mixed depending on the conditions. The paste includes starch paste, seaweed paste, and the like. The seedling pot placed in the soil decomposes for two weeks to three months, depending on conditions. C) Heat press is basically 1kg-5kg / cm2
Is enough. Processed seedling pots having the above configurations a), b) and c). [Technical field to which the invention pertains] [Prior art] Conventionally, seedling pots have been commercialized using petroleum products such as styrene foam and plastic as main raw materials. This kind of product is used in various fields such as agricultural and horticultural industries. However, most of them are currently hurt at the end of use. In addition, alternatives have drawbacks such as unrealistically high product prices. In order to cover such conventional drawbacks, the materials themselves are recyclable plants and crops whose prices are extremely close to zero,
By commercializing unutilized products, inexpensive products can be obtained. After use, it can be left in the soil as it is, leading to soil improvement. Also becomes fertilizer itself. It is an object of the present invention to be an environmentally friendly product and a realistic low-cost product. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention uses unused parts such as circulating plants and leaf stems and cores of harvested crops, so that it can be mass-produced at low cost and is environmentally destructive. It relates to seedling pots and nursery beds where no activity occurs. Also, seedling pots can be embedded in the soil. The seedling pot itself improves the soil and becomes a nitrogen fertilizer. Therefore, there is no need for incineration and no recovery for post-treatment. [Means for Solving the Problems] [Effect of the Invention] The product according to the present invention can be used as a substitute for products currently used, such as styrene foam and petroleum products represented by plastics, such as the agricultural and horticultural industries. The industrial applicability is endless.
The reason for this is that circulating plants that have been discarded or unused in the past, such as corn, cane, straw, reed, bamboo, kenaf, kullyang, palm, etc. Therefore, the material cost is extremely low. In addition, by directly placing them in the soil, the soil is improved and the fertilizer is directly used as a nitrogen fertilizer. There is no need for incineration or recovery in post-treatment. It has no adverse effect on the global environment.
