Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】導線把持部とフラットケーブルの端部への
圧着部とを備え、該圧着部は、フラットケーブルの片面
で露出する導体にあてがわれる上板と、フラットケーブ
ルのもう一方の片面のプラスチックフィルムにあてがわ
れる下板と、前記上板に付帯していてフラットケーブル
のプラスチックフィルムを突き破り前記下板にかしめら
れる爪とを有し、さらに、前記上板もしくは下板には超
音波接合(溶接)用または抵抗溶接用のための孔を設け
たことを特徴とするフラットケーブル用圧着端子。
1. 【請求項2】導線を把持した圧着端子を用い、上板及び
下板でフラットケーブルの端部を挟み、当該上板に有す
る爪をフラットケーブルのプラスチックフィルムを突き
破って下板にかしめることにより、前記上板とフラット
ケーブルの導体とを圧着し、さらに、前記上板もしくは
下板に孔を開け、この穴を通してフラットケーブルの導
体と前記上板もしくは下板とを超音波接合(溶接)また
は抵抗溶接することを特徴とするフラットケーブル用圧
着端子の接続方法。
2.
