Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a decorative element such as an emblem or the like large in swelling and excellent in design effect. SOLUTION: In such a state that a second synthetic resin sheet 11 is superposed on a first synthetic resin sheet 15, the almost central part of the first synthetic resin sheet 15 is fitted in a recessed place to be curved downward to keep a swelling space between the almost central parts of the first and second synthetic resin sheets 15, 11 and the peripheral edges of the first and second synthetic resin sheets 15, 11 are mutually closely bonded continuously in an annular shape to produce a swollen structure having the swelling space between both sheets.

[Means for Solving the Problems] According to the present invention, the swelling structure is formed by recessing a substantially central portion of the first synthetic resin sheet in a state in which the second synthetic resin sheet is overlaid on the first synthetic resin sheet. The first synthetic resin sheet and the second synthetic resin sheet are bent downward by being fitted into the place so as to maintain a swelling space between substantially the central portions of the first synthetic resin sheet and the second synthetic resin sheet. A resin sheet having a space for swelling between the two sheets is manufactured by continuously adhering the peripheral edges of each of the resin sheets annularly. In the above configuration, in a state in which the second synthetic resin sheet is overlaid on the first synthetic resin sheet, a substantially central portion of the first synthetic resin sheet is fitted into the recess and bent downward, so that the first synthetic resin sheet is bent downward. A swelling space is positively formed between the substantially central portions of the first synthetic resin sheet and the second synthetic resin sheet, whereby the first synthetic resin sheet is formed.
When the peripheral edges of the synthetic resin sheet and the second synthetic resin sheet are continuously and closely adhered to each other in a ring shape, a structure having a large swelling space between the two sheets is obtained. The above structure can be used as it is as a decorative body such as an emblem, or can be used for manufacturing a decorative body. Thus, a decorative body having a large swelling and excellent three-dimensionality can be obtained.

[Embodiment of the Invention] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a decorative body 1 including a cutaway section. Reference numeral 2 denotes a substrate made of cloth or the like, and on its upper surface, an English character pattern pattern 3 made of a vinyl chloride sheet.
Is fixed, and the periphery of the pattern pattern 3 is formed so that the surface material 5 made of a transparent urethane sheet has a space 4 between the pattern material 3 and the surface material 5 formed of a transparent urethane sheet on the pattern pattern 3. It is fixedly attached on the periphery. As the surface material 5, a material having a fine uneven pattern 7 formed on the surface is used, and the surface is diffusely reflected to shine. Hereinafter, a method of manufacturing the decorative body 1 will be described with reference to the drawings.

[First Step] As shown in FIG. 2, a metal frame 16 having a surface covered with an insulating plate 14 and having an opening 12 is provided on a mold base 13 serving as one electrode. I have. A urethane sheet (first synthetic resin sheet) 15 and a vinyl chloride sheet (second synthetic resin sheet) 11 are placed on the opening 12 in an overlapping state. A double-sided tape 17 is stuck on the third surface of the mold, which is the bottom of the opening 12,
By attaching the urethane sheet 15 to the double-sided tape 17, the urethane sheet 15 is disposed in the opening 12 so as to be curved downward. And
Both peripheral edges of each of the sheets 15 and 11 positioned in an overlapping state on the upper edge of the opening 12 of the metal frame 16 are pressed by a pressing die 19 as the other electrode, and high-frequency dielectric heating is performed.
As a result, a sheet body (bulge structure) 20 having an air layer (bulge space) 18 as shown in FIG. 3 is obtained.

[Second Step] As shown in FIG. 4, the cloth body 21 for forming the base material 2 is placed on the mold base 13, and the sheet material 20 obtained in the first step is placed on the cloth body 21. It is pressed from above with a pressing and cutting die 22 serving as the other electrode, and high-frequency dielectric heating is performed. As shown in FIG. 5, the holding and cutting mold 22 has cutting teeth 24 on the outside.
An embossing portion 23 having an inner side as a pressing portion 25 is provided so as to protrude. First, when the mold 22 is lowered to a predetermined position shown in FIG. Then, each of the sheets 15 is cut. And
Further, at that position, the holding section 25 is moved to the sheet 11, the sheet 1
High-frequency dielectric heating is performed in a state where the cloths 21 and the cloth body 21 are further pressed against each other, and they are integrally fixed. Thereby, the decorative body 1 having the space 4 between the surface material 5 and the pattern 3 as shown in FIG. 1 is obtained. In particular, since the space 4 is formed in the first step so that the urethane sheet 15 is curved downward in the opening 12 by sticking to the double-sided tape 17, the bulge is large,
Thus, the decorative body 1 is three-dimensional and excellent in design. The decorative body 1 is used with the surface of the base material 2 adhered to clothes or the like, but can also be implemented in a form in which the base material 2 is directly used as clothes or the like.
