Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a transparent synthetic resin sheet slightly larger than a synthetic resin sheet for forming a pattern is formed on a synthetic resin sheet for forming a pattern. The sheet is placed so as to have a slightly bulged shape in an enclosure surrounding the synthetic resin sheet for forming the pattern pattern, and the synthetic resin sheet for forming the pattern pattern and the transparent synthetic resin sheet are each formed by hot-press molding. At the outer edge position of the sheet, and obtained an integrated sheet of the synthetic resin sheet for forming a pattern pattern and the transparent synthetic resin sheet having an air layer therebetween, and the integrated sheet. The object is placed on a substrate, and hot-pressed continuously along a peripheral position of a desired pattern. At that position, the synthetic resin sheet for forming the pattern pattern and the transparent sheet are formed. The light synthetic resin sheet and the base material are fixed, and the decorative resin is manufactured by cutting off the synthetic resin sheet for forming the pattern pattern and the transparent synthetic resin sheet. In the above configuration, the slightly larger transparent synthetic resin sheet of a synthetic resin sheet for the design pattern formed on the synthetic resin sheet for摸様patterning slightly in enclosing body surrounding the synthetic resin sheet for pattern patterned Swelling shape and
Was placed so that, by fixing continuously annularly outer edge position in this state, a single piece of synthetic resin sheet and the transparent synthetic resin sheet for pattern patterned with large air layer bulge therebetween It will be. Therefore, the united product is placed on a base material, and hot-pressed continuously along a peripheral position of a desired pattern, and at that position, a transparent synthetic sheet and a synthetic resin sheet for forming a pattern are formed. By fixing the resin sheet and the base material and cutting off the synthetic resin sheet for forming the pattern and the transparent synthetic resin sheet, a decorative body having a large swelling and excellent three-dimensionality can be obtained.

[Embodiment of the invention] Fig. 1 is a perspective view including a cutaway cross section of a decorative body 1 of the present invention. Reference numeral 2 denotes a substrate made of cloth or the like, on which an English character pattern pattern 3 made of a vinyl chloride sheet is fixed, and a surface material 5 made of a transparent urethane sheet is bulged on the pattern pattern 3. The periphery of the pattern 3 is fixedly attached to the periphery of the pattern 3 so as to have a space 4 between the pattern and the pattern 3. The surface of the pattern pattern 3 is a mirror surface of gold, silver or the like. Fine grooves are formed in the entire surface of the surface material 5 in the vertical and horizontal directions. In particular, the grooves in the horizontal direction are provided so as not to be continuous. Is formed with a fine unevenness pattern 7. First, the decorative body 1 configured as described above has a three-dimensional effect because the surface material 5 of the pattern portion is swollen. When exposed to light, first, the surface material 5 is made of a urethane sheet, the surface of which is a reflection surface, and the fine uneven pattern 7 is formed thereon. Diffuse reflection occurs. Further, since the surface material 5 is transparent, the light passes through the surface material 5 and reaches the pattern pattern 3. Since the surface of the pattern pattern 3 is a mirror surface, the light is reflected and reaches the outside again through the surface material 5. . As described above, even when light passes through the surface material 5 and is reflected on the surface of the pattern pattern 3 and passes through the surface material 5 and reaches the outside, the light passes through the portion because the surface material 5 has the fine uneven pattern 7. In this case, the light is randomly refracted, and reflection occurs on the inner surface of the surface material 5. As a result, the number of light rays entering the eyes from the surface of the surface material 5 is innumerable and the direction is random. Shine. Moreover, not only the reflected light from the surface portion of the surface material 5 but also the light beam from the surface of the pattern 3 below the surface material 5 enters the eye, so that the shine becomes deep and beautiful. Less than,
A method for manufacturing the decorative body 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.

[First Step] As shown in FIG. 2A, the fine uneven pattern 10a
By pressing with the mold 10 having the above, the fine uneven pattern 7 is attached to the surface of the urethane sheet 11 for forming the surface material 5 placed on the lower base 12.

[Second Step] As shown in FIG. 2B, a mold base 13 serving as one electrode is provided.
An insulating plate 14 is laid thereon, and a rectangular insulating frame 16 is placed on the insulating plate 14. Then, the insulating frame 16 is placed on the insulating plate 14 in the insulating frame 16.
A vinyl chloride sheet 15 for forming the pattern 3 having an outer peripheral shape is placed thereon, and the sheet 11 obtained in the step of the above-described table 1 slightly larger than the sheet 15 is placed thereon. Therefore, the sheet 11 is placed in a slightly bulged shape as shown in the figure. Then, from above, the sheet 11 and the sheet 15 are pressed by the pressing mold 17 serving as the other electrode, and are fixed by welding continuously in a ring shape at each outer edge position by high-frequency dielectric heating,
As shown in FIG. 2C, an integrated body 20 of the sheet 11 and the sheet 15 having the air layer 18 therebetween is obtained.

[Third Step] As shown in FIG. 2 (D), the cloth 21 for forming the base material 2 is placed on the mold base 13 and the monolith obtained in the third step is placed on the cloth 21. 20 is placed and pressed from above by a pressing and cutting die 22 serving as the other electrode, and high-frequency dielectric heating is performed. As shown in FIG. 3, the pressing and cutting die 22 is provided with a protruding pressing part 23 having cutting teeth 24 on the outside and pressing parts 25 on the inside. Is lowered to a predetermined position shown in FIG. 3 so that the cutting blade 24 leaves a pattern portion,
Each of the sheets 15 is cut. Then, high-frequency dielectric heating is performed in a state where the pressing unit 25 presses the sheet 11 and the sheet 15 while overlapping each other at that position.
1 and the sheet 15, and the sheet 15 and the cloth body 21 are fixed by welding the sheet 11 and the sheet 15.
In this case, the decorative body 1 having the space 4 between the surface material 5 and the pattern 3 is obtained because the integrated body 20 has the space layer 8.

[Fourth Step] Next, although not shown, the outer periphery of the cloth body 21 is cut by press punching so that the decorative body 1 becomes an emblem or a sticker in a predetermined form.
