【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 L−t−ロイシンとD−t−ロイシンアミドを含む水溶液からL−t−ロイシンを回収するにあたり、L−t−ロイシンとD−t−ロイシンアミドを含む水溶液に、n−プロピルアルコール、iso−プロピルアルコール、t−ブタノール、アセトン、N、N−ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルスルフォキシド、アセトニトリル、1,4−ジオキサンおよびテトラヒドロフランの中から選ばれる少なくとも1種の有機溶媒を添加し、L−t−ロイシンを優先的に析出させ、これを回収することを特徴とするL−t−ロイシンの回収方法。
【請求項2】 請求項1記載の回収方法によりL−t−ロイシンを回収後、分離母液中からD−t−ロイシンアミドを回収することを特徴とするD−t−ロイシンアミドの回収方法。
