Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 下記の成分(a)〜(d)から成ることを特徴し、揮発性アミン硬化触媒 の存在下で硬化する鋳型結合剤系: (a)エポキシ樹脂5〜80重量%; (b)有機ポリイソシアネート5〜80重量%; (c)反応性不飽和アクリル単量体又は重合体5〜75重量%;及び (d)有効量の酸化剤 この場合、上記(a)、(b)、(c)及び(d)成分は、単独成分又は前記 成分の別の成分と混合される、但し(b)又は(c)は(d)と混合されない 、そして前記重量%は(a)、(b)、(c)及び(d)の全重量を基準にし ている。 2. (a)の重量%が20〜40、(b)の重量%が20〜40、(c)の重 量%が15〜40、及び(d)の重量%が5〜15であることを特徴とする請 求項1記載の鋳型結合剤系。 3. 有機ポリイソシアネート:反応性不飽和アクリル単量体又は重合体の重量 比が、1:5〜5:1であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の鋳型結合剤系。 4. 前記反応性不飽和アクリル単量体又は重合体がトリメチロールプロパント リアクリレートであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の鋳型結合剤系。 5. 前記酸化剤は、過酸化物、ヒドロペルオキシド、ケトン過酸化物及びそれ らの混合物から成る群から選択することを特徴とする請求項4記載の鋳型結合 剤系。 6. 前記エポキシ樹脂は、ビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテル、ビスフ ェノールF、エポキシノボラック樹脂及びそれらの混合物から生成されたエポ キシ樹脂から成る群から選択し、前記過酸化剤がクメンヒドロペルオキシドで あることを特徴とする請求項5記載の鋳型結合剤系。 7. 前記エポキシ樹脂は、遊離基捕そく剤も含有することを特徴とする請求項 6記載の鋳型結合剤系。 8. 前記遊離基捕そく剤が、ベンゾキノンであることを特徴とする請求項7記 載の鋳型結合剤系。 9. 有機ポリイソシアネート:反応性不飽和アクリル単量体又は重合体の重量 比が、1:2〜2:1であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の鋳型結合剤系。 10. (a) 主量の鋳型用骨材;及び (b) 有効結合量の請求項2、3、4、5、6、7、8又は9の鋳型 結合剤、 から成ることを特徴とする鋳型配合物。 11. 下記の工程a−dから成ることを特徴とする鋳型製造用コールドボック ス法: a. (a)主量の鋳型用骨材、及び(b)有効結合量の鋳型結合剤から成る 鋳型配合物を調製する工程; b. 工程(a)から得られた鋳型配合物を型に導入する工程; c. 前記型内の鋳型配合物を硬化させて、自立させる工程;及び d. ガス状アミンで硬化させることによって、硬質、固体、硬化鋳型を得る 工程。 12.請求項11に従って調製した鋳型。 13.下記の工程a−dから成ることを特徴とする金属物品の鋳造法: a. 請求項11に従って型を製造する工程; b. 前記金属を液体状態にある間に前記型に注入する工程; c. 前記金属を冷却及び凝固させる工程; d. 次に成形された物品を分離する工程。 14. 請求項13に従って調製された金属物品。
