Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.溶融堆積部署においてブロック部材を供給するための装置であって、コン ベヤ手段を具備し、前記コンベヤ手段が、塗料組成物の固体部材を運搬するため に実質的に平坦なフライトと、塗装される高温の移動細長片の表面に隣接して前 記フライトの一端部を終端させるための回転手段と、所定速度で前記フライトの 前記一端部に向かわせる前記フライトの連続的な移動を生じさせる前記コンベヤ 手段のための駆動手段とを有する溶融堆積部署においてブロック部材を供給する ための装置。 2.前記コンベヤ手段が継ぎ目なしベルトコンベヤを有し、前記継ぎ目なしベ ルトコンベヤは前記実質的に平坦なフライトを有する継ぎ目なしベルトを有し、 前記フライトの移動速度が前記駆動手段によって制御される請求項1に記載の装 置。 3.前記コンベヤ手段は一列のローラを有し、前記実質的に平坦なフライトは 、前記ローラの共通の接線であり、前記ローラの回転速度は、前記駆動手段によ って制御される請求項1に記載の装置。 4.二つのコンベヤ手段が付与され、少なくとも一つのコンベヤ手段は実質的 に平坦なフライトを有し、前記塗料組成物の前記固体部材が、両方のコンベヤ手 段によって接触せしめられ、前記フライトの前記一端部に隣接した高温の移動細 長片の表面に向かわされる請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。 5.前記少なくとも一つのコンベヤ手段は、継ぎ目なしベルトを有する継ぎ目 なしベルトコンベヤである請求項4に記載の装置。 6.前記回転手段は、前記細長片の表面から約1〜30mmの距離の位置で前 記フライトを終端させる請求項1、4又は5のいずれかに記載の装置。 7.前記回転手段は、前記細長片の表面から約3〜7mmの距離の位置で前記 フライトを終端させる請求項1、4又は5のいずれかに記載の装置。 8.前記継ぎ目なしベルトコンベヤは耐熱性である請求項2又は5のいずれか に記載の装置。 9.前記塗料組成物の固体部材は、実質的に溶解しない塗料組成物の固体部材 である請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置。 10.前記回転手段は、前記フライトの前記一端部において、前記ベルトの急 激な角度の偏向を生じさせる請求項2、3、6又は7に記載の装置。 11.前記平坦なフライトからの前記ベルトの偏向は、前記ベルトを、前記細 長片の平面と平行な方向又は、前記細長片の平面から散開する方向に前進させる 請求項10に記載の装置。 12.前記回転手段は、前記ベルトの幅にまたがる静止したガイド部を有し、 前記ガイド部は、前記ベルトの前記フライトの一端部において小さな半径の長手 軸線方向の角部を付与し、前記ベルトは、前記ベルトが前記平坦なフライトから 逸脱する時に前記静止したガイド部にわたって摺動する請求項11に記載の装置 。 13.前記平坦なフライトは、前記細長片に向かって下方に傾斜した請求項1 0に記載の装置。 14.前記平坦なフライトは、前記細長片へ向かって下方に傾斜しており、前 記傾斜の角度は垂直に対して約3から7度の範囲にある請求項10に記載の装置 。 15.塗装される前記移動細長片に沿って縦列をなして配置された複数の前記 コンベヤ手段を有する請求項1に記載の装置。 16.前記細長片の縁部に延びる外側の縦列のコンベヤの縁部が重なる一定の 幅を有する第一の中央のコンベヤ手段を有する請求項 15に記載の装置。 17.前記細長片の全幅を横断して延びる少なくとも二つの縦列のコンベヤを 有し、一方の列は一色の塗料組成物の固体部材を載せ、他方の列は別の色の塗料 組成物の固体部材を載せ、各列は互いに関して独立に動作される請求項15に記 載の装置。 18.溶融堆積の塗装部署内で塗料組成物の固体部材を供給する方法であって 、コンベヤ手段に少なくとも一つの塗料組成物の固体部材を載せる段階であって 、前記コンベヤ手段は、実質的に平坦なフライトを有し、前記コンベヤ手段は、 回転手段であって、塗装される高温の移動細長片の表面に隣接する前記フライト の一端部を終端させて所定速度で連続的に前記フライトの前記一端部に向かって 前記塗料組成物の固体部材を運搬し、前記固体部材と前記移動細長片を接触させ るための回転手段をさらに有する段階を具備する方法。 19.前記コンベヤ手段は、継ぎ目なしベルトコンベヤを有し、前記継ぎ目な しベルトコンベヤは継ぎ目なしベルトを有し、前記フライトの移動速度は、前記 コンベヤのための駆動手段によって制御される請求項18に記載の方法。 20.前記塗料組成物の固体部材は、前記固体部材を前記一端部に向けて運搬 する前記二つのコンベヤ手段によって接触せしめられ、少なくとも一つのコンベ ヤ手段は、実質的に平坦なフライトを有する請求項18又は19に記載の方法。 21.前記回転手段は、前記細長片の表面から約1〜30mmの距離の位置で 前記フライトを終端させる請求項18、19又は20に記載の方法。 22.前記回転手段は、前記細長片の表面から約3〜7mmの距離の位置で前 記フライトを終端させる請求項18、19又は20に 記載の方法。 23.前記回転手段は、前記平坦なフライトから、前記細長片の平面と平行な 方向又は、前記細長片の平面から散開する方向に前進させる方向へ急激な偏向を 生ぜしめる請求項18から22のいずれかに記載の方法。 24.前記固体ブロックの運搬方向が前記細長片に向かって下方に傾斜してい る請求項18から23のいずれかに記載の方法。 25.前記固体ブロックの運搬方向が前記細長片に向かって下方に傾斜してお り、前記傾斜の角度が垂直に対して約3から7度である請求項18から23のい ずれかに記載の方法。 26.前記塗料組成物の固体ブロックは、実質的に溶解しない塗料組成物であ る請求項18から25のいずれかに記載の方法。
