Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.フォームラバー、特にポリウレタンの絶縁材の層(14,16,18)の 間に導電性の心板(10,12)を介在させ、前記心板に接続される少なくとも 1つの端子(26)を備えた素子(22)、特に電源に接続されたこれらの心板 により電気エネルギーを供給されるランプ(24)を支持する、サンドイッチパ ネルの製造方法において、フォームラバーの絶縁材の弾性閾値が該フォームラバ ーに刺される素子(22)の1端子が及ぼす最大圧力に少なくとも等しいことを 特徴とする製造方法。 2.弾性復元力を有する少なくとも1つの材料シート(34)が、前記素子の 端子の挿入方向において少なくとも心板の後で、絶縁フォームウレタンと導電性 の各心板との間に介在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の製造方法。 3.弾性復元力を有する材料シートは、絶縁フォームラバーと、導電性の各心 板の各面との間に介在することを特徴とする請求項2記載の製造方法。 4.弾性復元力を有する材料シート(34)は、絶縁フォームラバーに組み込 まれて一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の製造方法。 5.弾性復元力を有し、絶縁フォームラバーに組み込まれて一体成形される材 料シート(34)は、導電性のシートに向かい合って絶縁フォームラバーの上層 内に埋め込まれるエラストマー球の層であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の製 造方法。 6.弾性復元力を有する材料シート(34)は、導電性の心板およびフォーム ラバーを結合させる役割をする接着剤の層であることを特徴とする請求項2〜4 のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。 7.導電性の層は、弾性の復元力を有する材料と導電性材料との多層体を含む ことを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。 8.導電性の層(10,12)は、添加剤を加えた導電性のフォームラバーで あることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。 9.弾性復元力を有する材料の層または絶縁材の層あるいはその両方は、温度 上昇作用により三次元膨張力を有する材料の添加物を含むことを特徴とする請求 項2〜8のいずれか1項記載の製造方法。 10.請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法を実施して得られる、導電性の 心板を持つサンドイッチパネル。
