Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.RDXからのニトライト放出を触媒するRDX分解酵素活性物質。 2.より低い程度でHMX及びPETNからのニトライト放出を触媒する請求項1記載 のRDX分解酵素活性物質。 3.前記活性物質が高濃度の変性剤の存在に対して安定である請求項1又は2記 載のRDX分解酵素活性物質。 4.RDX分解酵素活性がウレアの存在下において高められる請求項1〜3のいず れか1項記載のRDX分解酵素活性物質。 5.RDX分解酵素活性物質の大部分が、pHが氷酢酸により3.5に低減された後に 溶解性を保持する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のRDX分解酵素活性物質。 6.“11Y”と称され、かつ、NCIMB40820として寄託されたロドコッカス−ロド クラウス11Y菌株、及びRDXを分解する酵素活性物質を生じる能力を有するその 変異体又は変種体。 7.請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のRDX分解活性物質を生じさせる方法であ って、請求項6記載のロドコッカス−ロドクラウス11Y種NCIMB40820、又はそ の変異体若しくは変種体を培養し、該細胞を破壊し、かつ、破壊された細胞か ら酵素活性物質を抽出することを含む該方法。 8.請求項7記載の方法により生じるRDX分解酵素活性物質。 9.サンプル中のRDXを検出する方法であって、該サンプルを、請求項1〜5の いずれか1項記載のRDX分解酵素活性物質に付し、かつ、該サンプルから生成 されたニトライトを検出することを含む該方法。 10.ニトライトが比色的に検出される請求項9記載の方法。 11.サンプル中のRDXを検出する方法であって、該サンプルを、請求項1〜5の いずれか1項記載のRDX分解酵素活性物質に付し、該サンプルから生成された ホルムアルデヒドを検出することを含む該方法。 12.ホルムアルデヒドが比色的に検出される請求項10記載の方法。 13.RDX分解酵素活性物質が、請求項7記載の方法により生じ、かつ、サンプ ルにジチオスレイトールを添加する工程を含む、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項 記載の方法。 14.サンプル中のRDXの検出用バイオセンサーであって、サンプルを、請求項1 〜5のいずれか1項又は請求項8記載のRDX分解酵素活性物質と接触させ、該 サンプルを酵素活性物質による汚染物質の分解に適切な条件下に保持するため の手段、及びRDXがサンプル中に存在する場合に、酵素活性物質により触媒さ れる、RDXの反応の発生を検出するための手段を含む該バイオセンサー。 15.反応の発生を検出するための手段が比色変化である請求項14記載のバイオセ ンサー。 16.RDXにより汚染された環境をバイオレメディエーション処理する方法であっ て、該環境に対して、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のRDX分解酵素活性物 質を多量に添加し、かつ、該混合物を、材料中に存在するRDXの消耗が可能と なるような、酵素活性物質による汚染物質の分解に適する条件下に保持する工 程を含む該方法。 17.材料が、RDXを含む廃棄物流である請求項16記載の方法。 18.材料が、RDXを含む土壌又は土サンプルである請求項16記載の方法。 19.RDX分解酵素活性物質が、請求項7記載の方法により生じる、請求項16〜18 のいずれか1項記載の方法。 20.混合物を、酵素活性物質による汚染物質の分解に適切な条件下に保持する工 程が、ジチオスレイトールを該混合物に添加することを含む請求項19記載の方 法。 21.RDXで汚染された環境をバイオレメディエーション処理する方法であって、 該環境に、請求項6記載のロドコッカス−ロドクラウスのバクテリア単離物の サンプルを添加し、かつ、該単離物が、環境中に存在するRDXを消耗すること を可能にする工程を含む該方法。 22.材料が、RDXを含む廃棄物流である請求項21記載の方法。 23.材料が、RDXを含む土壌又は土サンプルである請求項21記載の方法。
