Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.回転ディスクロータと、該ディスクロータのブレーキ表面の方へ移動してそ れにブレーキ効果を与える少なくとも1つの摩擦パッドと、該1つの摩擦パッ ドを前記ディスクロータの前記ブレーキ表面に押し付けるように作動して駐車 /非常ブレーキ機能を果たす第1ブレーキ作動手段と、該第1ブレーキ作動手 段とは独立して前記1つの摩擦パッドを前記ディスクロータの前記ブレーキ表 面に押し付けるように選択的に作動して常用ブレーキ機能を果たす第2ブレー キ作動手段を備えたブレーキ装置。 2.回転ディスクロータと、該ディスクロータのブレーキ表面の方へ移動してそ れにブレーキ効果を与える少なくとも1つの摩擦パッドと、該1つの摩擦パッ ドを前記ディスクロータの前記ブレーキ表面に押し付けるように選択的に作動 して駐車/非常ブレーキ機能を果たす第1ブレーキ作動手段と、該第1ブレー キ作動手段とは独立して前記1つの摩擦パッドを前記ディスクロータの前記ブ レーキ表面に押し付けるように選択的に作動して常用ブレーキ機能を果たす第 2ブレーキ作動手段と、常時は前記第1ブレーキ作動手段が前記1つの摩擦パ ッドを前記ディスクロータの前記ブレーキ表面に押し付けるのを阻止するよう に作用する第3手段を備えたブレーキ装置。 3.前記摩擦パッドは少なくとも2つが協働する対に配置して設けられており、 前記回転ディスクロータは前記摩擦パッド対に対して軸方向に移動可能に取り 付けられている請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のブレーキ装置。 4.前記摩擦パッド対は少なくとも2対が設けられている請求の範囲第3項に記 載のブレーキ装置。 5.前記第1ブレーキ作動手段は、ほぼ一定の力を与えることができる請求の範 囲第1項から第4項までのいずれか1項に記載のブレーキ装置。 6.前記第1ブレーキ作動手段はスプリング手段で形成されている請求の範囲第 5項に記載のブレーキ装置。 7.前記第2ブレーキ作動手段は、前記少なくとも1つの摩擦パッドに付勢力を 伝達するように構成された第1ピストン手段に選択的に供給される加圧作動 流体を含む請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のブレーキ装置。 8.前記第3手段は、第2ピストン手段に選択的に供給されて前記第1ブレーキ 作動手段に対抗する力を発生する加圧流体を含む請求の範囲第2項、または請 求の範囲第2項に従属した請求の範囲第7項に記載のブレーキ装置。 9.前記第1ピストン手段は環状ピストンを含む請求の範囲第7項に記載のブレ ーキ装置。 10.前記第1ピストン手段は、1つまたは複数の個別シリンダで形成されている 請求の範囲第7項に記載のブレーキ装置。 11.前記第3手段は、第2ピストン手段に選択的に供給される加圧流体を含み、 該第2ピストン手段は、1つまたは複数の個別シリンダで形成されている請求 の範囲第10項に記載のブレーキ装置。 12.前記第2ピストン手段は、前記第1ピストン手段を形成する中央シリンダの 各側に配置された個別シリンダで形成されている請求の範囲第11項に記載の ブレーキ装置。
