Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高密度化粒子を粒子状薬学調製物から形成する方法であって、該調製物を圧 縮して圧縮された薬学調製物を提供する工程、該圧縮された調製物を高密度化粒 子にサイズ減少させる工程、および次いで針なし注入によるそれらの経皮送達に 適切なサイズおよび密度の高密度化粒子を選択する工程、を包含する方法。 2.前記適切なサイズが、約0.1〜250μm、好ましくは0.1〜150μm、そして最 も好ましくは20〜60μmの範囲である、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記適切な密度が、約0.1〜25g/cm3、好ましくは約0.5〜3.0g/cm3、そして 最も好ましくは約0.8〜1.5g/cm3の範囲である、請求項1または請求項2に記載 の方法。 4.前記粒子状薬学調製物が凍結乾燥された組成物または噴霧乾燥された組成物 である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 5.前記圧縮が、1平方インチあたり約1,000〜24,000パウンドでプレス機にお いて行われる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 6.前記圧縮が真空下で行われる、請求項5に記載の方法。 7.前記圧縮が加熱または剪断をともなわずに行われる、請求項1〜6のいずれ か1つに記載の方法。 8.前記圧縮された物質のサイズ減少が、製粉および/または篩い分けによって 行われる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 9.前記高密度化粒子のサイズ選択が、篩い分けを用いて行われる、請求項1〜 8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 10.凍結乾燥または噴霧乾燥された薬学調製物から形成された、高密度化され た粒子状薬学組成物であって、該高密度化組成物が、約0.1〜250μm、好ましく は約0.1〜150μm、そして最も好ましくは約20〜60μmの範囲の平均粒子サイズ 、ならびに約0.1〜25g/cm3、好ましくは約0.5〜3.0g/cm3、そして最も好ましく は約0.8〜1.5g/cm3の範囲の密度を有する、高密度化された粒子状薬学組成物。 11.前記凍結乾燥または噴霧乾燥された薬学調製物が、熱感受性生物薬学調製 物である、請求項10に記載の組成物。
