- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 変速比が可変の車両変速機(112)における設定のためのシステムであ って、 車両エンジン(111)の目標回転数(Nmot,opt)が決定され、この決定さ れた車両エンジン目標回転数(Nmot,opt)に依存して、変速機(112)の変 速比(usoll)が設定される形式のものにおいて、 走行状況及び/又は車両状態に作用するか又はこれらを表す少なくとも1つの 第1のパラメータ(FS、FZ)が求められ、車両エンジンの目標回転数(Nmo t,opt )の決定を、求められた前記パラメータ(FS、FZ)に依存して実行す ることを特徴とするシステム。 2. 少なくとも1つの、トルク要求及び/又は出力要求に作用するか又はこれ を表している、及び/又は少なくとも1つのドライパ特性に作用するかこれを表 している、さらなるパラメータ(Msoll,Psoll,FT)を求め、目標回転数(Nmot,opt )の決定を、さらに前記の求められたさらなるパラメータに依存させて 実行する、請求項1記載のシステム。 3. 走行状況に作用するか又はこれを表しているパラメータ(FS)として、 市内走行、渋滞時走行、比較的高いスリップの伴う走行(例えば氷雪路)、比較 的高い付加のもとでの走行動作(例えば上り坂走行) 、及び/又は下り坂走行の有無を求め、及び/又は、車両状態に作用するか又はこ れを表すパラメータ(FZ)として、車両エンジン(111)の暖機運転の有無 を求める、請求項1記載のシステム。 4. 前記トルク要求及び/又は出力要求(Msoll,Psoll)の算出を、ドライバ によって操作可能なアクセルペダル(101)の位置に依存して、及び/又は車 両エンジンから駆動される少なくとも1つの付加装置(発電機、空調コンプレッ サ)の検出された動作状態(PNA)に依存させる、請求項1記載のシステム。 5. 車両エンジン(111)の目標回転数(Nmot,opt)の決定に対して、第 1のステップ(1055)にて第1の目標回転数(Nmot,opt,FT)を、求められ たさらなるパラメータ(FT)に依存して決定し、この第1の目標回転数(Nmo t,opt,FT )を、さらなるステップ(1056)において、走行状況に作用するか 又はこれを表すパラメータ(FS)に依存して変更し、及び/又はさらなる別の ステップ(1057)において、車両状態に作用するか又はこれを表すパラメー タ(FZ)に依存して制限する、請求項2記載のシステム。 6. 変速機(112)の目下の出力回転数を表す出力回転数(Nab)を検出し 、車両エンジン(111)の所定の目標回転数(Nmot,opt)と検出された出力 回転数(Nab)から目標変速比(uopt)を求める、請求 項1記載のシステム。 7. 検出された正のトルク要求及び/又は出力要求(Mab,soll)が目下の変速 比(uist)のもとで最大限可能なトルク(Mab,max)の下方か、又は目下の変 速比のもとで最大限可能な出力の下方に存在する動作領域(比較的僅かなトルク 要求を伴ったトラクション動作状態)において、変速比(usoll)を、エンジン の所定の目標回転数(Nmot,opt)が実質的に一定に維持されかつトルク要求及 び/又は出力要求(Mab,soll)の変更が実質的にエンジントルク(ME,soll)の 変更によって実行されるように設定し、及び/又は、 検出された正のトルク要求及び/又は出力要求(Mab,soll)が目下の変速比( uist)のもとで最大限可能なトルクの上方か、又は目下の変速比のもとで最大 限可能な出力(Mab,max)の上方に存在する動作領域(比較的高めのトルク要求 を伴ったトラクション動作状態)において、変速比(usoll)を高め、それに対 してエンジントルク(ME,soll)を実質的に最大限可能な値(Mab,max)に設定 し、及び/又は、 検出された負のトルク要求及び/又は出力要求(Mab,soll)が目下の変速比( uist)のもとで最小限可能なトルク(Mab,min)の上方か、又は目下の変速比 のもとで最小限可能な出力の上方に存在する動作領域(比較的僅かな負のトルク 要求を伴ったオーバラン動作状態)において、変速比(usoll)を、エンジンの 所 定の目標回転数(Nmot,opt)が実質的に一定に維持されかつトルク要求及び/又 は出力要求(Mab,soll)の変更が実質的にエンジントルク(ME,soll)の変更 によって実行されるように設定し、及び/又は、 検出された負のトルク要求及び/又は出力要求(Mab,soll)が目下の変速比( uist)のもとで最小限可能なエンジントルク(Mab,min)の下方か、又は目下 の変速比のもとで最小限可能な出力の下方に存在する動作領域(比較的高い負の トルク要求を伴ったオーバラン動作状態)において、変速機の変速比(usoll) を、最小許容変速比の方向で設定する、請求項1記載のシステム。 8. 検出された正のトルク要求及び/又は出力要求(Mab,soll)が目下の変速 比(uist)のもとで最大限可能なトルク(Mab,max)の下方か、又は目下の変 速比のもとで最大限可能な出力の下方に存在する動作領域(比較的僅かなトルク 要求を伴ったトラクション動作状態)において、変速機の変速比の設定(usoll )を、求められた目標変速比(uopt)に依存して実行し、及び/又は、 検出された負のトルク要求及び/又は出力要求(Mab,soll)が目下の変速比( uist)のもとで最小限可能なエンジントルク(Mab,min)の上方か、又は目下 の変速比のもとで最小限可能なエンジン出力の上方に存在する動作領域(比較的 僅かな負のトルク要求を伴っ たオーバラン動作状態)において、変速機の変速比の設定(usoll)を、求めら れた目標変速比(uopt)に依存して実行する、請求項6記載のシステム。 9. 前記変速機(112)は、離散的な変速段(Gi)を有し、該離散的変速 段には変速領域(Ii)が対応付けられており、この場合前記変速領域(Ii)の どれに、設定すべき変速比(usoll)が存在しているかが検出され、この検出さ れた変速領域(Ii)に依存して変速段(Gi)が設定される、請求項1記載のシ ステム。 10. 前記変速領域(Ii)は、選択可能な変速幅を有し、該変速幅は、求め られた前記第1のパラメータ(FZ、FS)に依存して、及び/又はドライバ特 性を表すさらなるパラメータ(FT)に依存して選択される、請求項9記載のシ ステム。
