Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.モータ(16)は、細長い管状ポンプハウジング(10)内に同心的に整 列され、かつ血液流に対し封止されているモータハウジング(15)を備えるこ と、およびポンプ・インペラーホイール(22)が入口(12)に対面するモー タハウジング(15)の端部に配置されており、このポンプ・インペラーホイー ルはポンプハウジング(10)の移行部(13)と共にロータリーポンプを形成 し、そのポンプはモータハウジング(15)の周囲を環状に流れる軸流を生成し 、前記軸流は固定された壁により包囲されることを特徴とする、ポンプ・インペ ラーホイール(22)を駆動するモータ(16)がその中に配置されているポン プハウジング(10)を含み、またその一端には入口(12)を、そして他端に は出口(18)を有する、心臓機能を支持または置換するための血液ポンプ。 2.出口(18)がポンプハウジング(10)から軸方向に突出していること を特徴とする請求項1記載の血液ポンプ。 3.出口(18)がポンプハウジング(10)から横方向に突出していること を特徴とする請求項1記載の血液ポンプ。 4.端部壁(14)がポンプハウジング(10)の出口端部に設けられ、その 壁は出口(18)へ向かう螺旋状チャネル(20)を備えることを特徴とする請 求項3記載の血液ポンプ。 5.モータハウジング(15)が片持ちばり状に端部壁(14)に固着される ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の血液ポンプ。 6.出口(18)へ向かう螺旋状チャネル(20)が、ポンプハウジング(1 0)の直径を増加させることなく、出口(18)に延びることを特徴とする請求 項4または5記載の血液ポンプ。 7.螺旋状チャネル(20)の軸方向ピッチが旋回流のピッチに対応している ことにより、如何なるインパクトを伴うことも無く流体が出口(18)を通過す ることを特徴とする請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ。 8.環状チャネル(35)がポンプハウジング(10)とモータハウジング( 15)との間にディフューザとして形成され、そのディフュ−ザの横断面積が 出口(18)に向かって増加することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに 記載の血液ポンプ。 9.案内ブレード(53、54)が、ポンプハウジング(10)とモータハウ ジング(15)との間で環状チャネル(35)内に配置され、これらのブレード はモータハウジング(10)を保持し、そして螺旋状勾配を有することを特徴と する請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ。 10.ポンプ・インペラーホイール(22)の最大直径はモータハウジング( 15)の最大外径に少なくとも略等しいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいず れかに記載の血液ポンプ。 11.ポンプハウジング(10)はその全長に亘り略円筒状の外形を有し、入 口(12)および/または出口(18)は場合によりテーパーが付されることを 特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ。 12.モータ(16)のモーメントは磁気クラッチ(25)を介してポンプ・ インペラーホイール(22)に伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の いずれかに記載の血液ポンプ。 13.モーメントが、封止した連続シャフトを介してモータ(16)からポン プ・インペラーホイール(22)へ直接伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1乃 至11のいずれかに記載の血液ポンプ。 14.ポンプ・インペラーホイ−ルが、血液中で機械的に中心に置かれる(2 7、63)ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の血液ポンプ。 15.ポンプ・インペラーホイール(22)が、磁気および機械的ベアリング (27)の組み合わせによって血液中の中心に置かれることを特徴とする請求項 12記載の血液ポンプ。 16.クラッチの軸方向力がキャップ(26)の中心において直接補償され、 それによってこの構成要素およびモータ(16)のベアリングが実質的により少 ない軸方向負荷を受けることを特徴とする請求項12記載の血液ポンプ。
