Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 回転再生式熱交換器用の熱伝達要素組立体において、複数の熱伝達板を包含 し、これらの熱伝達板が間隔を置いた関係で積重されて、隣接する熱伝達板同志 がそれぞれその間に熱交換流体を流すための通路を形成し、前記熱伝達板の各々 が前記熱伝達板を横切って延びていると共に前記熱伝達板からノッチ尖端にまで 外向きに突出している複数の間隔を置いたノッチを有し、これにより、これらの 間隔を置いたノッチが前記隣接する熱伝達板同志を前記間隔を置いた関係で支持 すると共に前記隣接する熱伝達板同志のそれぞれの間に前記通路を形成し、かつ これらの間隔を置いたノッチが選択された間隔で前記ノッチ尖端に形成されてい る複数のくぼみを包含し、これらのくぼみが前記ノッチ尖端から前記通路内及び 前記熱交換流体の流れ中に突出している熱伝達要素組立体。 2 前記熱伝達板が前記間隔を置いたノッチ間に波状部を包含している請求項1 記載の熱伝達要素組立体。 3 前記波状部が前記ノッチの方向に対して斜めになっている請求項2記載の熱 伝達要素組立体。 4 前記熱伝達板の各々の前記間隔を置いたノッチが一対の隣接するノッチから 成り、前記一対の一方のノッチが前記熱伝達板から外向きに突出していると共に 、前記一対の他方のノッチが前記一方のノッチとは正反対の方向へ前記熱伝達板 から外向きに突出している請求項1記載の熱伝達要素組立体。 5 熱交換器用の熱伝達板を形成する方法において、 a 熱伝達板材料の板を、ノッチ形成突出部及びくぼみ部を有する一対の形成 ロール間を通過させ、これにより、複数の間隔を置いたノッチを前記材料を 横切って延びると共に前記材料からノッチ尖端にまで外向きに突出するよう にして形成する段階と、 b 前記間隔を置いたノッチを備えた前記材料を一対のくぼみ形成ロール間を 通過させ、これにより、前記一対の一方のくぼみ形成ロールにより複数のく ぼみを選択された間隔で前記ノッチ尖端に形成すると共に、前記一対の他方 のくぼみ形成ロールにより前記ノッチを前記くぼみに隣接して支持する段階 と、 を包含する方法。 6 熱交換器用の熱伝達板を形成する方法において、 a 熱伝達板材料であって、この材料を斜めに横切って延びている波状部を有 する前記熱伝達板材料の板を用意する段階と、 b 協働する一対の形成ロールであって、前記ロールの軸線と平行に前記ロー ルを横切って延びている複数のノッチ形成突出部及びくぼみ部を有し、前記 ノッチ形成突出部が複数の間隔を置いた隙間を有している前記一対の形成ロ ールを配備する段階と、 c 前記波状部を有している前記材料の板を前記協働する一対の形成ロール間 を通過させ、これにより、複数の間隔を置いたノッチを、前記材料に、前記 波状部に対して斜めをなして前記材料を横切って延びると共に前記材料から 前記波状部よりも高いノッチ尖端にまで外向きに突出するようにして形成し 、かつ前記ノッチ形成突出部の前記隙間と前記波状部とが協働して前記ノッ チ尖端に複数の間隔を置いたくぼみを形成する段階と、 を包含する方法。 7 熱交換器用の熱伝達板を形成する方法において、 a 協働する一対の形成ロールであって、前記ロールを横切って延びている複 数のノッチ形成突出部及びくぼみ部を有すると共に、前記ノッッチ形成突出 部が複数の間隔を置いた切取り部分を有し、かつ前記くぼみ部分が前記切取 り部分と対応して設けられて前記切取り部分と協働する複数の間隔を置いた くぼみ形成突出部を有している前記一対の形成ロールを配備する段階と、 b 熱伝達板材料の板を前記協働する一対の形成ロール間を通過させ、これに より、複数の間隔を置いたノッチを、前記材料に、前記材料を横切って延び ると共にノッチ尖端にまで外向きに突出するようにして形成し、かつ前記切 取り部分と前記くぼみ形成突出部とが協働して前記ノッチ尖端に複数のくぼ みを形成する段階と、 を包含する方法。
