Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 熱分解管内での炭化水素の水蒸気クラッキング装置であって、この装置は 、少なくとも1つの炉を含み、この炉は、入口用管板を有する少なくとも1つの 多管急冷用熱交換器(3)を含み、この装置は、脱コークス剤導入手段を用いて おり、これら導入手段は、主として空気、水蒸気および空気/水蒸気混合物のグ ループの脱コークス流体の複数の導入管路からなり、前記急冷用熱交換器(3) は、移送導管(1)を経て上流に連結される入口用円錐部(2)を含み、該装置 は、移送導管(1)に向かい合って配置される硬質面を有するインパクタを含み 、前記インパクタは、上流に位置する前記移送導管(1)から視て少なくとも5 0%不透明であり、該インパクタは、該インパクタの周辺部の大部分において、 該インパクタの周辺部と、円錐部との間に、少なくとも40mm、好ましくは少 なくとも80mmの自由通路が存在するように該円錐部の内部に配置される、を 特徴とする、炭化水素水蒸気クラッキング装置。 2. インパクタが、並行状の棒の少なくとも1つの配列を含むことを特徴とす る、請求項1記載の装置。 3. インパクタは、2つのレベルに沿って配置され る、並行状の棒の少なくとも2つの配列を含み、該棒は、空所により隔てられか つ該レベルの一方のレベルにある空所が、他方のレベルに配置される棒に向かい 合うように位置をずらされていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の装置。 4. 棒は、該棒に直交する補強材に固定されており、かつ補強材はそれらのほ ぼ長さ中央に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3記載の装置。 5. 入口用円錐部(2)は、外部金属壁(10)と、好ましくは外部金属壁( 10)に接合される内部金属壁(11)とを有し、これら2つの壁の間の空間は 、耐火性コンクリートのような相対的にあまり熱伝導性のない耐火性装填物(1 2)で充填され、前記インパクタ(6)は、少なくとも2つの固定用脚部(13 )を用いて内部金属壁(10)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の いずれか1項記載の装置。 6. インパクタの周辺部と円錐部との間の前記自由通路は、大きくとも入口用 管板の直径の半分に等しいものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれ か1項記載の装置。
