Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 工具基体(31)内に調節可能に配置される刃物(33)のための調整可 能なストッパであって、スリットを付されていて調節ねじ(29)により拡開さ れる中空円筒状のストッパ体(2)を備えている形式ものにおいて、調節ねじ( 29)と螺合することのできる内ねじ山(16)を有していてストッパ体(2) の縦孔(5)内へ挿入可能なスリーブ体(3)が設けられていることを特徴とす る調整可能なストッパ。 2. 縦孔(5)がストッパ体(2)の端面側のヘッド端部(10)のところに 内円錐(26)を有しており、この内円錐にスリーブ体(3)のための受容領域 (28)が続いていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のストッパ。 3. ストッパ体(2)の端面側の横断面を複数のセグメント(45,46)に 分割する少なくとも2つの横スリット(7,8もしくは42ないし44)が設け られており、それらのいずれもがその内側の端部領域のところに拡大孔(9)を 有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のストッパ。 4. スリーブ体(3)が自由端(20)に、ストッパ体(2)の縁切欠(22 )と係合させられる保持カラー(19,21)を有していることを特徴とする請 求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のストッパ。 5. ストッパ体(2)のヘッド端部(10)の下方にはストッパ体とスリーブ 体(3)との間に空隙領域(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1 から4までのいずれか1項記載のストッパ。 6. スリーブ体(3)が外周側で段状に形成されており、その場合、空隙領域 (17)に、縦孔(5)に接近したはめ合い領域(18)が続いていることを特 徴とする請求項5記載のストッパ。 7. ストッパ体(2)が外周側に、調節行程(H)を規定する切欠(14)を 有していることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のストッパ 。 8. ストッパ体(2)が、基体(31)に面した丸みを有する当接領域(11 )を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスト ッパ。 9. ストッパ体(2)が、カラー状に形成されていて刃物(33)に面した直 線状のストッパ領域(12)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から8まで のいずれか1項記載のストッパ。 10. ストッパ体(2)が、半径方向に摺動可能な係止体(38)の受容のた めの少なくとも1つの横孔(15)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から 9までのいずれか1項記載のストッパ。 11. スリーブ体(3)が、ストッパ体(2)の横孔 (15)に合致させられる対応する横孔(23)を有していることを特徴とする 請求項10記載のストッパ。 12. 係止体(38)をストッパ体(2)の縦孔(5)の壁切欠(40)内へ 半径方向に偏位させるための、内ねじ山(16)を備えたねじ山軸(39)が設 けられていることを特徴とする請求項10または11記載のストッパ。 13. 調節ねじ(29)が円錐形に形成された皿頭(34)と、減径されたね じ頸(36)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から12までのいずれか1 項記載のストッパ。 14. 横スリット(7,8;42,43,44)の深さ(T)が調節ねじ(2 9)の全長(L)を越えていることを特徴とする請求項1から13までのいずれ か1項記載のストッパ。
