Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの燃焼室を有するスパーク点火内燃装置で点火イベントを 発生する磁気コアコイル組立体であって、 a.低電圧の励磁用の一次コイルおよび高電圧出力用の二次コイルを有する強 磁性アモルファス金属合金からなる磁気コアと、 b.前記二次コイルは、前記共通の一次コイルを介して同時に励磁される複数 のコアサブアセンブリと、を有し、 c.前記コイルサブアセンブリは、励磁されたとき、付加的な二次電圧を生成 し、前記二次電圧をスパークプラグに送るようになっており、 d.前記コアコイル組立体は、(i)励磁に続く短い時間内に二次コイル内に 高電圧を発生し、(ii)燃焼室のスパーク点火条件を検出して、点火イベント を制御することを特徴とする磁気コアコイル組立体。 2.前記磁気コアは、前記強磁性アモルファス金属合金を熱処理することによ って形成される請求項1に記載の磁気コアコイル組立体。 3.前記磁気コアは、セグメントコアを有する請求項1に記載の磁気コアコイ ル組立体。 4.前記二次コイルの出力電圧は、約70アンペヤターン未満の一次電流で1 0kV以上、25ないし150μ秒内で75ないし200アンペヤターンの一次 電流で20kV以上に達する請求項1に記載の磁気コアコイル組立体。 5.請求項2の磁気コアであって、前記強磁性アモルファス金属合金は、鉄を ベースとし、更にニッケルおよびコバルトを含む金属エレメントを有し、ガラス 形成エレメントは、ボロンおよび炭素を含み、半金属エレメントはシリコンを含 む磁気コア。 6.前記磁気コアは、ギャップを備えていない請求項2に記載の磁気コアコイ ル組立体。 7.前記磁気コアはギャップを備えている請求項2に記載の磁気コアコイル組 立体。 8.前記磁気コアは、合金の結晶化温度以下において熱処理され、熱処理の完 了により、実質的にアモルフォス状態に留まる請求項7の磁気コアコイル組立体 。 9.請求項1に記載の磁気コアコイル組立体であって、複数の個々のサブアセ ンブリを有し、各々は、二次巻線で環状に巻かれた部分を有し、前記サブアセン ブリは、結果として得られる組立体の電圧が前記共通の一次巻線による励磁時に 個々のサブ組立体からの電圧の合計である磁気コアコイル組立体。 10.請求項1に記載の磁気コアコイル組立体であって、前記組立体は、底部 から上部にセグメント的にステップ部分を備えている内側電圧分配を有し、前記 セグメントの数は、サブアセンブリの数によって決定される磁気コアコイル組立 体。
