Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 血液、及び、例えば、血液洗浄装置内の細胞含有洗浄懸濁液のような他の 剪断敏感流体を給送するためのポンプヘッドと駆動装置とから成る遠心ポンプに おいて、駆動装置(2)が、永久磁石(7)を備えたロータディスク(8)を有 する駆動ロータ(64)を有し、該永久磁石が、磁気的結合のためにポンプロー タ(3)上に装着した永久磁石(33)と、駆動装置内で回転運動を発生させる ためのステータの磁気コイル(4)と、に割りつけられ、さらに、ポンプロータ 軸(61)が、ポンプ流入口(11)内に伸びてポンプ流入口(11)内で磁気 的に中心位置づけされていることを特徴とする遠心ポンプ。 2. ポンプロータ軸(61)の磁気的な中心位置づけのために、後者が永久磁 石(34)を有し、ポンプ流入口(11)が1つ以上の環状に配置されて同じ方 向に極性を配した磁石(35)を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の ポンプ。 3. 磁石(35)が永久磁石であることを特徴とする請求の範囲2に記載のポ ンプ。 4. 磁石(35)が電磁石であることを特徴とする請求の範囲2に記載のポン プ。 5. 磁石(35)がポンプ流入口(11)の壁部(62)内に配置され、環状 の流路(63)が、ポンプロータ軸(61)とポンプ流入口(11)の壁部との 間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし4の何れかに記載のポ ンプ。 6. ポンプロータ軸(61)上又はポンプロータ(3)上の永久磁石(34) が、中心位置づけ効果を高めるために、ポンプ流入口(11)に環状に配置され た磁石(35)に対して軸方向にオフセットしてあることを特徴とする請求の範 囲1ないし5の何れかに記載のポンプ。 7. 制御部(54、58)が、ポンプ流入口(11)の壁部(62)上に又は ポンプロータ軸(61)上に配置され、磁石(34若しくは35)又はそれらヨ ークが、もし適当ならば、制御面(54、58)の領域に突出していることを特 徴とする請求の範囲1ないし6の何れかに記載のポンプ。 8. ポンプ流入口内の片方又は両方の磁石(34又は35)が、互いに対面す る側に斜めの又は曲げられた面(65)を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1 ないし7の何れかに記載のポンプ。 9. ポンプロータ(3)上の磁石(33)の磁化の方向が、駆動磁石(7)の 磁化の方向に対して横方向に整列されている(図2aないし3)ことを特徴とす る請求の範囲1ないし8の何れかに記載のポンプ。 10. ポンプロータ(3)の軸受(66)がポンプヘッド(1)の裏壁部(2 0)上に磁気軸受として構成されて、この軸受が、ロータ(3)の後部側の後部 ロータ先端(36)中の1つ以上の永久磁石(39)と、裏壁部(20)によっ て形成された軸受シェル内の永久磁石(47)及び/又は電磁石(46)と、か ら成る(図5)ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし9の何れかに記載のポンプ 。 11. ポンプ裏壁部(20)の軸受シート(52)が、後部ロータ先端(36 )のための平坦な中心面で形成され、この面が、直径0.5ないし3mmの制限 範囲内で、後部ロータ先端の横方向変位を可能にする(図10)ことを特徴とす る請求の範囲1ないし10の何れかに記載のポンプ。 12. ポンプロータ(3)がその裏側に、回転中に上流側(30)と下流側( 31)とで羽根面の異なる傾斜により動圧を生じる羽根(27)を有し、それに よって、裏壁部(20)からポンプロータ(3)の浮上を容易にし又はさせる( 図7)ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし11の何れかに記載のポンプ。 13. ポンプロータ(3)は、ポンプロータ軸(61)の回転軸に対して横方 向に磁化がされている埋設磁石(50)がある露出したロータ羽根(51)を備 えて設計されている(図2bと2c)ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし12 の何れかに記載のポンプ。 14. ロータ羽根(51)の下側には、流体中に回転中に軸方向の力を生じる 支持面(57)が備えられている(図17)ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1ない し13の何れかに記載のポンプ。 15. ロータ羽根(51)の上側には、流体中に回転中に軸方向の力を生じる 支持面(67)が備えられている(図17)ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1ない し14の何れかに記載のポンプ。 16. ロータ羽根が異なる表面(68)及び/又は迎え角を有し、それにより 、ポンプの裏壁部上に非対称流を生じさせる(図18)ことを特徴とする請求の 範囲1ないし15の何れかに記載のポンプ。 17. 駆動ロータ(64)が上側と下側のロータディスク(8、5)を含み、 ステータの磁石コイル(4)が2つのロータディスク(8、5)の間に配置され ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし16の何れかに記載のポンプ。 18. 浮遊磁場を低減するために、駆動装置(2)の下側ロータディスク(5 )が、たとえば軟鉄から作られた導磁性のディスク又はリング(6の形で磁気帰 還路を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし17の何れかに記載のポンプ 。 19. 駆動装置の効率を改良するために、コイル(14、15、16)が、多 数の斜めの層に配置されるか、コイル枠(13)の面に傾斜して捲回されている (図2、3)ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし18の何れかに記載のポンプ 。 20. 駆動ロータ(64)が、上側ロータディスクを含み、下側ロータディス クの代わりに、ステータの磁石コイル(4)の鉄心(45)と相互結合する磁気 ヨーク(53)を備えている(図11)ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし1 9の何れかに記載のポンプ。 21. 円形及び/又は半径状の凹部(59、60)若しくは溝が、ポンプの裏 壁部に、又は、分離可能なポンプと駆動装置にあっては、駆動装置のカバー壁部 上に、備えられている(図15、16)ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし2 0の何れかに記載のポンプ。 22. ポンプヘッド(1)が、駆動装置(2)の両側に軸方向に、好ましくは 、同時に右心室用と左心室用とに支援/置換できる目的で、装着されて、2つの ポンプヘッドの寸法とロータ形状が異なり、生理学的条件に合致するようにポン プ容量を達成させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲1ないし21の何れ かに記載のポンプ。 23.ポンプヘッド(1)と駆動装置(2)とが、ポンプヘッド(1)又は駆動 装置(2)だけを交換するために、互いに分離することができることを特徴とす る請求の範囲1ないし22の何れかに記載のポンプ。
