Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. タンディッシュ(10)内にある溶融スチールと接触して耐えることのでき る耐火物で作られた一体物から成るタンディッシュ緩衝パッド(20)であって 、一体物は衝撃面(24)を持った基部(22)と、衝撃面(24)から上方に 延びる外方側壁(26、40)と、側壁(26、40)に接続されてその中に開 口(30)を形成している上面(32)とから成り、上面(32)が衝撃面(2 4)に実質的に平行な内側環状部(42)を持ち、側壁(26、40)が衝撃面 (24)に対して実質的に垂直な内面(28)を持ち、またそこには実質的に直 角なかど部(28A)が側壁(28)と衝撃面(24)との間に設けられ、実質 的に直角なかど部が側壁(28)と上面内側環状部(42)との間に設けられて いることを特徴とする、タンディッシュ緩衝パッド。 2. 開口(30)が長い幅(30’)と、その長い幅に垂直な短い幅(30”) とを持っている、請求項1のタンディッシュ緩衝パッド。 3. 開口(30)が矩形又は卵形である、請求項2のタンディッシュ緩衝パッド 。 4. パッドの外側上面(32)が衝撃面(24)に平行である、請求項1、2又 は3のタンディッシュ緩衝パッド。 5. 側壁(26、40)がエンドレスである、請求項1−4の何れかのタンディ ッシュ緩衝パッド。 6. パッド(20)が、55から85重量%のアルミナを含有する 一体的な耐火物である、請求項1−5の何れかのタンディッシュ緩衝パッド。 7. パッド(20)がマグネシアから成る一体的な耐火物であり、58から93 重量%のマグネシアを含んでいる、請求項1−5の何れか1つのタンディッシュ 緩衝パッド。 8. 大量の溶融スチール(16)を保持するためのタンディッシュ(10)であ って、床(15)と、衝撃領域と流出溝(14)とを包囲している側壁(12) とを持っており、その場合タンディッシュ(10)が衝撃領域内の床(15)上 に前記請求項の何れかに記載されるような緩衝パッド(20)を含んでいるタン ディッシュ。 9. 緩衝パッド(20)が、溶融金属の流れを受け入れるための開口(30)を 持ち、開口(30)は長い幅(30’)と、長い幅(30’)に垂直な短い幅( 30”)とを持ち、開口(30)の長い幅(30’)がタンディッシュの長い幅 と平行に並んでいる、請求項8のタンディッシュ。
