Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.遠心機ローターの振動を調和するための装置であって、 垂直軸を有し、遠心機ローターを前記軸のまわりで回転のため取付けるため の駆動シャフトと、 前記駆動シャフトを回転するための可撓性駆動手段と、 前記シャフト上に取付けられたベアリング手段と、 前記ベアリング手段上に取付けられ、そのため前記シャフトのまわりを回転 できるディスクと、 前記ディスクの垂直運動を制限し、それによりローターがその質量中心のま わりを回転することを許容する制限手段 を備えている装置。 2.前記ディスクは上下側面を有し、そして前記制限手段は、駆動シャフトトル クもしくは放射方向ローター運動に認知できる程影響することなく、前記ディス クのどちらかの側面軸方向運動をも拘束するのに適した滑りベアリングである請 求項1の装置。 3.前記ディスクは上下側面を有し、前記制限手段はディスクの上側面に対し滑 りベアリングを適用する駆動手段を含んでいる請求項2の装置。 4.制限手段は前記ディスクの外側部分へ向かって配置されている請求項1の装 置。 5.前記ディスクの放射方向変位を感知する手段と、あらかじめ定めた値を超え る放射方向変位に応答して前記駆動手段を作動し、それにより遠心機の振動を減 衰する手段を含んでいる請求項3の装置。 6.前記ディスクは、前記ディスクの下側面と係合するのに適した前記制限手段 上に滑り休息している請求項2の装置。 7.前記ディスクは、前記ディスクの下側面と係合するのに適した前記制限手段 上に滑り休息している請求項5の装置。 8.前記制限手段は低い滑り摩擦を有する材料でつくられている請求項7の装置 。 9.前記ディスクは下側面を有し、そして前記制限手段は前記ディスクのその下 側面方向への運動を拘束するのに適した滑りベアリングである請求項1の装置。 10.慣性モーメントおよび質量中心を有する回転体が、幾何学的軸のまわりをそ の臨界速度を通過する時発生する振動で調和する方法であって、 前記回転体の慣性モーメントを維持するステップと、前記回転体がその回転 軸をその質量中心へシフトすることを許容するステップを含んでいる方法。 11.前記回転体の幾何学的軸のまわりを自由に回転するディスクを設けるステッ プと、 前記ディスクの前記幾何学的軸に沿った運動を拘束するステップをさらに含 んでいる請求項10の方法。 12.前記ディスクの振動があらかじめ定めたレベルを超えた時その前記幾何学的 軸に沿った運動を防止するため前記ディスクを係合するステップをさらに含んで いる請求項11の方法。
