Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 (1) 熱電対または抵抗温度計を挿入し得る円筒状溝腔が穿設されており、か つその感熱先端が突出する先端部分を有するプローブ本体を具備する温度測定プ ローブであって、上記先端部分(1)に、円筒状溝腔(2)から僅かな間隔を置 いて、環状間隙(10)が形成されていることを特徴とするプローブ。 (2) 環状間隙(10)が、0.1から0.5mm、ことに0.1から0.2 mmの間隙幅を有することを特徴とする請求項(1)の温度測定プローブ。 (3) 環状間隙(10)の長さが、5から20mm、ことに10から15mm であることを特徴とする請求項(1)または(2)の温度測定プローブ。 (4) プローブ本体(1)の先端部分が、少なくとも1個所の直径低減階段部 分(11)を有し、この直径低減階段部分(11)を有する上記先端部分が、環 状間隙(10)の間隙幅の2倍の寸法だけ大きい内径を有するキャップ(14) により包囲被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項(1)から(3)のいずれか の温度測定プローブ。 (5) プローブ本体(1)の先端部分が、少なくとも2個所の、順次に直径が 低減する階段部分(11,13)を有し、キャップ(14)が、第1階段部分( 11)に相当する内径を有する部分をその内周面に有し、この部分がプローブ本 体(1)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項(4)に記載の温度測定プロ ーブ。 (6) キャップ(14)が、最も直径が低減する階段部分(13)に隣接する 直径低減階段部分(12)において、プローブ本体に嵌合固定されていることを 特徴とする請求項(4)または(5)のいずれかの温度測定プローブ。 (7) キャップ(14)が、その後方部分でプローブ本体(1)に溶接(15 )されていることを特徴とする請求項(6)の温度測定プローブ。 (8) キャップ(14)の前方端部が、プローブ本体(1)の長手方向軸線に 平行に設けられた、複数の、ことに3もしくは4個のビーズにより変形されてい ることを特徴とする請求項(7)の温度測定プローブ。 (9) プローブ本体(1)の前方端部が溶接(16)により閉鎖されているこ とを特徴とする上記各請求項のいずれかの温度測定プローブ。 (10) 高温および/または高圧および/または高速流体流動を伴う処理にお いて、変化する温度を測定するために使用される、上記各請求項のいずれかのプ ローブの用途。
