Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.冷蔵装置内のアルミニウム表面と接触する該表面の減摩に有用な減摩剤組 成物であって、モノペンタエリトリトール、ジペンタエリトリトールおよびトリ ペンタエリトリトールから成る群から選択される少なくとも1種のアルコール並 びにイソノナン酸約1〜99重量%および2−メチルブタン酸、3−メチルブタ ン酸、n−ペンタン酸およびイソノナン酸から成る群から選択されるペンタン酸 源約1〜99重量%を含む混合物から調製されるエステルブレンドを含有する減 摩剤組成物。 2.アルコールが工業用ペンタエリトリトールである請求項1記載の減摩剤組 成物。 3.エステルのISO粘度グレード数が約15〜100である請求項1記載の 減摩剤組成物。 4.エステルのISO粘度グレード数が22〜46である請求項3記載の減摩 剤組成物。 5.カルボン酸混合物がイソノナン酸約40〜60重量%並びに2−メチルブ タン酸、3−メチルブタン酸およびn−ペンタン酸から成る群から選択されるペ ンタン酸源約40〜60重量%含有する請求項1記載の減摩剤組成物。 6.ペンタン酸源が2−メチルブタン酸、3−メチルブタン酸およびn−ペン タン酸の混合物を約60〜70重量%含有する請求項5記載の減摩剤組成物。 7.カルボン酸混合物が2−メチルブタン酸と3−メチルブタン酸との混合物 19.95重量%、n-ペンタン酸37.05重量%およびイソノナン酸43. 00重量%含有する請求項6記載の減摩剤組成物。 8.冷蔵装置に請求項1記載の減摩剤組成物を接触させることを含む冷蔵装置 の作動中のアルミニウム表面の減摩方法。 9.冷蔵装置のアルミニウム表面の減摩に有用な作動液であって、塩素不含フ ルオロ基を有する熱媒液および請求項1記載の減摩剤組成物を含有する作動液。 10.塩素不含フルオロ基を有する熱媒液が塩素不含フルオロカーボン熱媒液 である請求項9記載の作動液。 11.塩素不含フルオロカーボン熱媒液がペンタフルオロカーボン、ジフルオ ロメタン、1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエタンおよびこれらの混合物から成 る群から選択される請求項10記載の作動液。 12.塩素不含フルオロカーボン熱媒液が1,1,1,2−テトラフルオロエ タンである請求項11記載の作動液。
