Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の組の突起(P3)を表面に備えた第1のエンボス加工用シリンダ(3) と、第2の組の突起(P5)を表面に備えた第2のエンボス加工用シリンダ(5) とを有し、上記二つのエンボス加工用シリンダがニップを形成し、またそれぞれ 第1、第2のエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)と共動する第1、第2の加圧ロ ーラ(7、9)を有し、第1の組の突起(P3)の幾つかが第2の組の突起(P5) の幾つかと一致し、第1の組の他の突起が第2の組の相応した突起とづれるよう に第1、第2の組の突起(P3、P5)が構成されるエンボス及びラミネート加工機 において、 上記二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)が異なる直径を有することを特 徴とするエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 2.二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)の軸に関連する歯車(31、33)が キー止めされ、上記歯車が相互に係合して一方のシリンダから他のシリンダへ回 転動作を伝達し、上記歯車が異なる数の歯を有し、直径の異なる二つのエンボス 加工用シリンダが同じ周速で回転される請求の範囲1に記載のエンボス及びラミ ネート加工機。 3.第1の組の突起(P3)が、第1の整列方向(Lx3)において第1の間隔で設 けられ、また、第2の整列方向(Ly3)において第2の間隔で設けられ、上記第 1、第2の整列方向が0以外の角度(α)を成し、第2の組の突起(P5)が第3 の整列方向に上記第1の間隔で、また、第4の整列方向(Lx5)に上記第2の間 隔で配置され、上記第3、第4の整列方向が、上記第1、第2の整列方向によっ て形成された角度(α)とほぼ等しい角度を成し、上記第1の整列方向(Lx3) と上記第3の整列方向(Lx5)が、関連するエンボス加工用シリンダの軸(A3、A 5)に対して同方向に傾斜し、上記第1、第3の整列方向(Lx3、Lx5)が、関連 するエンボス加工用シリンダ (3、5)の軸(A3、A5)に対して同じ傾斜(β3=β5)または異なる傾斜(β 3、β5)を有する請求の範囲1または2に記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機 。 4.第1の組の突起(P3)が、第1の整列方向(Lx3)に第1の間隔で、また、 第2の整列方向(Ly3)に第2の間隔で設けられ、上記第1、第2の整列方向が 0以外の角度(α)を成し、第2の組の突起(P5)が、第3の整列方向(Lx5) に上記第1の間隔で、また、第4の整列方向(Ly5)に上記第2の間隔で設けら れ、上記第3、第4の整列方向が、上記第1、第2の整列方向によって形成され た角度(α)とほぼ等しい角度を成し、上記第1の整列方向(Lx3)と上記第3 の整列方向(Lx5)が、関連するエンボス加工用シリンダの軸(A3、A5)に対し て逆方向に傾斜し、上記軸と二つの異なる角度(β3、β5)をなす請求の範囲1 または2に記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 5.第1の組の突起(P3)が、関連する整列方向における第2の組の突起(P5) と異なる間隔で、整列方向に整列されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1また は2に記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 6.上記突起が1cm2あたり6〜150の密度、好ましくは1cm2あたり10〜60の密度を もっていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜4のいずれかに記載のエンボス及び ラミネート加工機。 7.二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)が動作中に制御された温度に維持 されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜6のいずれかに記載のエンボス及びラミ ネート加工機。 8.二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)間の圧力に比例する信号を発生す るロードセル(20)と、上記信号に基づき、エンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5) 間の圧力を一定に保つ制御システムとを有する記請求の範囲の 1〜7のいずれかに記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 9.二つのシリンダが僅かに異なる周速度で駆動される請求の範囲の1〜8のい ずれかに記載のエンボス及びラミネート加工機。 10.帯状材料の第1の層(N3)がエンボシングされ、第1の組の突起(P3)を有 する第1のエンボス加工用シリンダ(3)の周囲を走行し、 帯状材料の第2の層(N5)が第1の層とは別にエンボシングされ、第2の組 の突起(P5)を有する第2のエンボス加工用シリンダ(5)の周囲を走行し、 二つのエンボ加工した層(N3、N5)が、上記二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ 間に形成されたラミネーションニップにおいて積層され、二つのエンボス加工用 シリンダの突起(P3、P5)が上記ラミネーションニップにおいてある領域におい てのみ相互に関連するエンボス及びラミネート加工方法において、 異なる直径の二つのエンボス加工用シリンダ(3、5)が使用されることを 特徴とするエンボス及びラミネート加工方法。
