Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.フィルタエレメント(14)が目詰まりした場合に出口に至る流体搬送通 路を開放するように構成され、少なくとも一つの尾部閉塞スプリング(24)が 作用する閉塞部材(22)を具えたバイパス弁(20)付きのフィルタ装置であ って、 スプリングのプリテンションを調節して閉塞部材(22)を開放する力を変更 するための調節装置(28)が設けられ、これによって前記尾部閉塞スプリング (24)の開放力が調節可能であることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。 2.前記調節装置(28)がスプリングのプリテンションを段階的に調節する ための調節リング(30)を具え、該リングは保持ケージ(34)の保持棒(3 2)に沿って移動可能であり、且つこれに嵌合・固定して所定の係止位置に設定 可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。 3.前記尾部閉塞スプリング(24)は保持ケージ(34)の保持棒(32) の間に保持され、下端を調節リング(30)に支えられ、他端を閉塞部材(22 )に支えられ、前記調節リングは尾部閉塞スプリング(24)の推力方向に逆ら って、保持棒(32)に沿って閉塞位置から開放位置に移動可能であり、且つ逆 方向にも移動可能であるさとを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルタ装置。 4.前記閉塞部材(22)はフード状に形成され、その外周部には相互に直径 方向に向かい合って配置されて関連する保持棒(32)を受け入れる切り欠き( 36)を有し、閉塞部材(22)の冠状閉塞面(38)が保持ケージ(34)の リング状接触面(40)と密着していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフィ ルタ装置。 5.前記調節リング(30)が保持棒(32)に直接的に係合す る凹部(44)を有し、該保持棒はその下端に係止装置(46)を有し、該係止 装置は調節リング(30)の回転によってそれのノッチ(48)と係合可能であ ることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。 6.グループ(52,54,56)毎に集まって各グループのノッチ領域を形 成している前記ノッチ(48)が、調節リング(30)の異なる平面に配置され 、前記凹部(44)が半径方向のスロット(58)を有し、調節リング(30) の回転方向に応じてノッチ(48)の一つ又は別のグループ(52,54,56 )と嵌合・固定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフィルタ装置。 7.調節リング(30)の一端が関連する尾部閉塞スプリング(24)のため の支持体として機能し、且つ両端(60,62)に保持棒(32)のための少な くとも一つの固定手段を具えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルタ 装置。 8.前記保持ケージ(34)が、係止装置(46)と反対側の端に横方向部材 (68)を具えた受け入れ空間(70)を有し、これにフィルタ手段が収容され ることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のフィルタ装置。 9.フィルタエレメント(14)を受け入れ保持するために保持リング(78 )が設けられ、保持ケージ(34)のリング状フランジ(72)に取り外し可能 に接続するための接続手段(80)がこれに組み込まれていることを特徴とする 請求項8に記載のフィルタ装置。 10.バイパス弁(20)を取り外した後、装置内の自由開放空間(88)が カバー部材(90)によって閉鎖され、該カバー部材は保持リング(78)の接 続手段(80)によってこの部材と接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項9に 記載のフィルタ装置。
