Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.各送電線が2つの端部を備え、所定の送電線電圧と基本周波数で交流電流を それら端部間において搬送する少なくとも2つの送電線を含む送電系統において 電力潮流を制御する電力潮流コントローラ(10)であって、 送電線を流れる交流電流の基本周波数で、大きさが可変で且つ送電線電流に対 する位相角が制御可能な、少なくとも2つの交流電圧を発生させるコンバータ( 24)と、 コンバータにより発生される各交流電圧をそれぞれ送電線のうちの1つに直列 に結合する手段(Tr1、Tr2)と、 コンバータにより発生される各交流電圧の大きさ及び位相を制御することによ って、各送電線の実効無効/有効インピーダンスを調整し、送電線の2つの端部 間を送電される有効電力を制御する手段(32)とより成る電力潮流コントロー ラ(10)。 2.コンバータにより発生される各交流電圧の大きさ及び位相を制御する前記手 段は、送電線間においてコンバータを介して個々に転送される有効電力の量を同 時に制御する請求項1の電力潮流コントローラ。 3.前記コンバータは、直流端子が直流リンクを介して結合された少なくとも2 つの直流−交流インバータ(26、28)より成る請求項1の電力潮流コントロ ーラ。 4.直流リンクに接続された電力源をさらに具備してなる請求項3の電力潮流コ ントローラ。 5.直流リンクに結合されたエネルギー蓄積手段をさらに具備してなる請求項3 の電力潮流コントローラ。 6.前記コンバータは、入力端子が共振リンク手段を介して結合された少なくと も2つの共振インバータ手段より成る請求項1の電力潮流コントローラ。 7.コンバータは、少なくとも1つの交流−交流コンバータより成る請求項1の 電力潮流コントローラ。 8.コンバータは、各々の一組の交流端子が交流リンクに結合された少なくとも 2つの交流−交流コンバータより成る請求項1の電力潮流コントローラ。 9.交流リンクに結合された交流電源をさらに具備して成る請求項8の電力潮流 コントローラ。 10.交流電源は交流系統の1または2以上の送電線により提供される請求項9 の電力潮流コントローラ。 11.各送電線が2つの端部を備え、所定の送電線電圧と基本周波数で交流電流 をそれら端部間において搬送する少なくとも2つの送電線を含む送電系統におい て電力潮流を制御する方法であって、 送電線を流れる交流電流の基本周波数で、大きさが可変で且つ送電線電流に対 する位相角が制御可能な、少なくとも2つの交流電圧を発生させ、 発生した各交流電圧を送電線のうちの1つにそれぞれ直列に結合し、 発生した各交流電圧の大きさ及び位相を制御して、各送電線の実効無効/有効 インピーダンスを調整し、送電線の2つの端部間を送られる有効電力を制御する ステップより成る電力潮流制御方法。 12.発生した各交流電圧の大きさ及び位相を制御する前記ステップは、送電線 間において個々に転送される有効電力の量を制御するステップを含む請求項11 の電力潮流制御方法。
