Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 船舶用の折り畳み式プロペラであって、前記船舶の駆動軸に取り付けるた めのハブ(2)と、少なくとも2枚の翼(1)とを含み、前記各翼は第1の本質 的に折り畳まれた位置と第2の本質的に展開した位置との間で前記ハブ(2)中 に回動可能に配置され、各翼(1)は母線(8)を与え、 前記各翼(1)は、内径および外径の前縁が前記翼(1)の前記母線(8)の ほぼ船首側および船尾側にそれぞれ位置するか、または弦中央線(10)が前記 翼(1)の前記母線(8)のほぼ船首側および船尾側に延びるような傾斜分布を もつことを特徴とする折り畳み式プロペラ。 2. 請求の範囲1に記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて、 前記母線(8)と、前記弦中央線(10)の前縁を通って延びる直線との間に 形成される第1の角度(β)は、10°〜25°の間である折り畳み式プロペラ 。 3. 請求の範囲1または2に記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて、 前記母線(8)と、前記弦中央線(10)の先端を通って延びる直線との間に 形成される第2の角度(γ)は、20°〜40°の間である折り畳み式プロペラ 。 4. 請求の範囲2または3に記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて、 前記翼(1)の傾斜角(α)は、前記第1の角度(β)と前記第2の角度(γ )との和として規定され、 前記傾斜角(α)は25°より大きい折り畳み式プロペラ。 5. 請求の範囲1〜4のいずれかに記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて、 展開翼面積比は、翼1枚あたり10%より大きい折り畳み式プロペラ。 6. 請求の範囲1〜5のいずれかに記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて、 前記翼(1)は、折り畳み位置ではプロペラ軸に対して少なくともゼロ度まで 回動するように回動可能に配置される折り畳み式プロペラ。 7. 請求の範囲1〜6のいずれかに記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて、 前記翼(1)の断面は半径に沿って実質的に対称な厚み分布を有する折り畳み 式プロペラ。 8. 請求の範囲7に記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて、 前記厚み分布は実質的に楕円形状である折り畳み式プロペラ。 9. 請求の範囲1〜8のいずれかに記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて、 前記翼(1)の先端および根元でのピッチは、0.7半径でのピッチ対直径比 に対して少なくとも10%低い折り畳み式プロペラ。 10. 請求の範囲1〜9のいずれかに記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて、 レーキ分布は負で、本質的に円弧状である折り畳み式プロペラ。 11. 請求の範囲1から10のいずれかに記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて 、 前記各翼(1)の最内端には、隣接する翼(1)上の相補ギヤにどの回動位置 においても係合するようにされる少なくとも1つのギヤ部(5)が設けられる折 り畳み式プロペラ。 12. 請求の範囲11に記載の折り畳み式プロペラにおいて、 前記各翼(1)には少なくとも1つのベベルギヤ(5)が設けられる折り畳み 式プロペラ。
