された可撓性の絶縁シート部材に対し、後工程において
切断加工を施す位置およびその近傍を除いた部分であ
る、可動接点の装着位置および固定接点基板への貼付位
置等の所定部分にエネルギーを加えて、この部分の粘着
剤層の領域のみに粘着力を生じさせる工程と、上記粘着
力を生じさせた粘着剤層によって絶縁シート部材に所定
数の弾性金属薄板製のドーム状可動接点の頂点部を固着
保持させる工程と、上記絶縁シート部材の粘着剤層の粘
着力を生じさせていない切断加工位置を切断加工するこ
とにより製品外形を形成する工程とを含む可動接点体の
製造方法。
