芝エキス末を加える他は実施例８と同様に処理してヘア
トリートメントパック剤を製造した。なお、モール温泉
水は十勝川温泉水の濾過精製物を使用した。このヘアト
リートメントパック剤は、灰褐色で粘度６３０ｄＰａｓ
のペースト状を呈しており、ｐＨ８．４のものであっ
た。このヘアトリートメントパック剤を３か月間使用し
続けたところ、光沢があり、櫛通りのよい毛髪に保つこ

フェイスパック剤施行による化粧水の浸透および保湿能
の比較試験を行った。試験は、発汗しない温度と湿度
（約２３℃、ＲＨ：５０〜７０％）の室内環境下、洗顔
およびパック施行後に下記処方１０の化粧水を被検者の
前腕屈側の中央部３ケ所に直径２０ｃｍの円を描いて、
それぞれの円の中に２０μｌ量を塗布した。表皮角層水
分量測定器（ＳＫＩＣＯＮ−２００、アイ・ビイ・エス
社）を用いて、化粧水の塗布開始直後（１分後）および
開始時から５分毎に４回高周波微量電流［μＳ（マイク
ロシーメンス）］を測定して３ケ所の平均値を得た。μ
Ｓ値（導電性）と水分量とは相関しており、値の高いほ
ど高い皮膚の保湿能を示す。なお、対照として、本発明
フェイスパック剤から主成分のアラゴナイトクレイおよ
びモール温泉水を除き、その分カオリンおよび常水を増
量したフェイスパック基剤およびパック施行をしないで
適用する化粧水を用いた。結果を表１に示すが、本発明
フェイスパック剤は対照のフェイスパック基剤および化
粧水に対して非常に優れた化粧水の浸透および保湿能を
