Description
第1スイッチ手段SW1が開いている(i1 ≒0)場合には、チャージポンプ構成の出力電流iout は第1放電用電流源CS2が排出する電流の強さi2 並びに第2チャージポンプCHP2が供給する基準電流iΔ2 の影響を受ける。この場合には第4スイッチ手段SW4も開いている(i4 ≒0)ので、第2チャージポンプの出力電流iΔ2 は第2充電用電流源CS3が供給する電流i3 である。この電流はコピー用手段CMへ送られる。この場合、式5によれば、チャージポンプ構成用として得られる出力電流iout は、第1放電用電流源CS2の電流の強さと第2充電用電流源CS3の電流の強さとの和にマイナス符号を付けたものすなわち−(i2 +i3 ) となる。一方、第2充電用電流源CS3が供給する電流i3 の強さは第1充電用電流源CS1が供給する電流の強さにほぼ等しい。この場合、チャージポンプの出力電流は次式で表わされる。
