Is obtained. The image processing device 30 has a wire type,
The data such as the size and the stripped length is supplied, and the image processing device 30 compares the registered data with the analysis data from the camera 26 and determines whether the covered portion of the covered electric wire W is at a predetermined position from the end of the covered electric wire W. It is determined whether or not it has been properly removed. If it is determined to be “good”, processing to the next step is permitted, and if it is determined to be “bad”, a message indicating that fact is displayed on the monitor 32 and processing for not performing processing to the next step is performed. .

However, since the camera 26 is disposed above the terminal portion of the insulated wire W, falling objects including the covering portion cut off from the terminal portion of the insulated wire W do not hit the camera 26 and the camera 26 is expensive. Can prevent damage to the camera 26,
It is possible to prevent shooting obstruction by falling objects. The light source 25 and the camera 26 are located symmetrically with respect to the terminal portion of the insulated wire W.
Are arranged, the contour of the terminal portion of the insulated wire W can be clearly photographed, and high-precision inspection can be performed.

There is little possibility and a good shooting environment can be obtained. If the covered portion cut off from the terminal portion of the covered electric wire W falls on the light source 25, the surface of the lighting plate 27 is the inclined surfaces 27a and 27b.
Rolls 7a and 27b fall down, and the cut-out covered portion does not appear as an image, so that a good shooting environment can be maintained.

る。Further, the camera 26 is a vibration-proof material (not shown).
Is supported by the camera base 11a on the apparatus main body side through the device, so that the vibration generated when the sheathed wire W is cut or peeled off is attenuated by the vibration isolator, so that the camera 26 can be mounted. It is not necessary to arrange the position far away from the cutting and peeling means A. That is, the mounting position of the camera 26 can be brought closer to the cutting and peeling means A, and the space can be saved. In addition, since the vibration generated when the sheathed wire W is peeled off or the like is attenuated at the portion of the vibration isolator, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the camera 26 from breaking down due to the vibration.

Since the servo motor has a small vibration, the generation of the vibration itself is suppressed, and the camera 26 can be sufficiently prevented from being broken down by the vibration.

And the inspection means for inspecting whether or not the peeling has been performed properly are incorporated in the same device, and the inspection is performed simultaneously with the cutting and peeling operation. Since the operation is performed and the inspection is performed by the inspection means, there is no need to provide an inspection device at a separate position, so that the system as a whole is space-saving and the system as a whole is reduced in cost by reducing the number of parts. In addition, since only non-defective products are transported to the next step, the quality is improved.

A light source that is disposed below the covered electric wire and irradiates light to a terminal portion of the covered electric wire, and is disposed above the covered electric wire on the opposite side to the light source and photographs a terminal portion of the covered electric wire. In addition to the effect of the first aspect of the present invention, since the imaging means is provided above the terminal portion of the covered electric wire, the covering portion cut off from the terminal portion of the electric wire with respect to the imaging means. And the light source and the imaging means are arranged symmetrically with respect to the end of the insulated wire, so that the contour of the end of the insulated wire can be clearly photographed. Inspection of accuracy is possible.

And the position of the imaging means disposed obliquely above the insulated wire is obliquely upward with respect to a terminal portion of the insulated wire. Since the light source is not located immediately below the end portion of the insulated wire, there is a low probability that the covered portion cut off from the end portion of the wire will fall on the light source, and there is little possibility of obstruction to lighting or photographing.

In addition to the effect of the invention of claim 2 or 3, in addition to the effect of the invention according to claim 2 or 3, when the covering portion cut off from the terminal portion of the electric wire falls to the light source, the slope of the surface of the lighting plate is changed. Because it rolls down and falls, a good shooting environment can be maintained. According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the apparatus for cutting and stripping a covered electric wire according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the imaging means is supported on the apparatus main body via a vibration isolator. In addition to the effects of the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, since the vibration generated at the time of the stripping operation of the covered electric wire or the like is attenuated at the portion of the vibration isolating material, the mounting position of the imaging means is brought closer to the cutting stripping means. Therefore, it is possible to save space and sufficiently prevent the imaging unit from being damaged by vibration.
